My husband and I came with my mom for a family trip. This property is super convenient to everything and walkable to most of the strip. It’s also far enough away from the nightlife that it’s quiet. It’s clean and cozy and has all the amenities of a home. We will definitely be back in the future!

What a wonderful little cottage! Even in the off season (December), we loved our stay and the town. The property was very clean and welcoming. It's fully stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed watching movies in the cozy living room every evening. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs. We look forward to hopefully returning in the summer. Thank you for a great stay!

This cottage was one of our favorites, we travel with our dog. It was clean and had lots of amenities. Close to the strip and other local attractions. It rained a lot while we were there , plenty of space to sit and hangout. Nice to have a washer/dryer available. Also a small enclosed front porch where you could sit while it was raining.

this is a great cottage in a neighborhood where my granddaughter and i feel very safe. it is also close to the strip. bonus is that the cottage has a washer and dryer, not need to take Geneva sand home!!!

This cabin fit 5 adults comfortably for a night when we were set to go on a walleye fishing trip the next early morning. It was perfectly located so we could walk around the tourist strip of Geneva on the Lake the afternoon before. Very clean, affordable and the communication from the property owner made everything a breeze. Highly recommend.

Anthony was a wonderful host and quickly responded to all my questions and kept us well informed about check in and check out. Close walk to the strip and nice and peaceful around the house. The place was clean, well supplied. It was close to the wineries. We went downtown Geneva on the lake and had a great time. Check-in process was very easy. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes, this one rates right up in the top five.

We had a great stay. Anthony was easy to work with and the property was true to the listing. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a busy weekend. We were in town for a swim meet at the Spire. It was a quick and easy commute to the pool.

This is my granddaughter's favorite place to stay while in Geneva. It is clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. The only negative in my eyes is that you can't see or hear the lake from there. But it is across from the cottages we stayed in when we were younger and it was the Breen plan. Lots of wonderful memories!

The cottage is adorable! It was the perfect size for us and was neat and clean. More than enough towels and blankets. And such a great location. Walking distance to the Strip! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice, cozy, well equipped, clean cabin. Walking distance to Geneva On the Lake. The yard was also nice with firepit and plenty of outside seating.
