My husband, I, and our 15 pound yorkie stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean. No smells. The kitchen and living room is a big open floor plan. So roomy! Tons of channels on the TV and TV’s in every room. It was like being at home away from home. We would definitely stay here again. And it on flat ground, just a hop skip and a jump from the parkway. No winding hills or scary driveways. Parking is limited tho. It looks to me like there is only room for 1 car. So if 2 couples were staying here they better be in one car or ask the host about parking if they plan to drive separately.

Lighting is kinda dull especially compared to the photoshopped listing photos. Hot tub is nice but on a 110v so it’s either jets OR heat, fine for 2 hr sessions but will get lukewarm like bathwater if you wanna pull an all nighter in the hot tub. Bathroom is a multi purpose laundry room kinda cramped if you have 4 people staying, no back door so backyard access is not really a thing, oh and the hot tub is in the front with half a fence dividing you from the road. Oh and I hope you are friends with the neighbors (also a VRBO, the host owns 16 VRBOs btw) cuz there is no privacy if both units use the hot tubs at the same time (just the wooden fence that you can see and hear through).

We enjoyed our stay. The two complaints we have are cleaning and lack of kitchen ware. I noticed the living room furniture needed a good cleaning; and the kitchen lacked bowls to use when preparing meals which I bought some and left for people to use as well as a pitcher for tea.

The property was super clean & very conveniently located. The place was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. I cooked several meals & appliances were great, but the kitchen was missing small items like potholders, baking dish, etc. It was very clean & in a quiet neighborhood. Overall great stay!

Property was exactly as described. Provided all the necessities and even extras like board games and puzzles. We enjoyed the convientient location close to Walmart and area attractions. Area felt extra safe with a cop living next door. If you are doing any serious cooking, bring your own knife because the ones provided weren't very sharp.

We've stayed at multiple rentals. On top of a mountain, wooden cabins and everything in-between. This duplex was perfect for us. Just what we needed. Close to everything! And no windy roads to maneuver! It has 2 kings beds. We only sleep in the back bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Hom was very clean! Does have a hot tub but we didn't get to use it. The water temp in the house and water pressure was great! Washer and dryer was a just a plus! We don't have anything negative to mention about this rental. We loved it and will definitely b back!

Everything it was good. The only thing was the AC doesn’t work properly and one of the rooms. you should check that out. We leave at 78 like you say so.

We enjoyed our stay. It had a very homey feel to it. Girls loved the hot tub. I would pf preferred more privacy for the hot tub but it was ok. Very close to several of the attractions. We would recommend thipropertyproperty

Overall the unit was fine. Hot tub worked great! There was no fire pit but that wasn’t a really big issue. The bathroom sink was almost completely clogged but I never made a call about it is it probably still is. Just know that there is not even a grain of salt, pepper or anything else in the kitchen. Plenty of utensils, glassware, pots & pans & dishes.

It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable (bring your own pillow these may not be for everyone) the area was quiet and safe. It was just the right amount of distance from the parkway’s noise but close enough to be there in a few minutes. We arrived a few hours early, we messaged the owners for permission to enter before 4pm they replied within minutes and said the unit was clean and ready for our arrival. We will definitely stay again

The place was in prime location and we loved that about it! The beds weren’t great at all and there was a musty smell or something when you walked in you could smell it. The jacuzzi is up front by the road where everyone can see you. Even though the location is great, you are on top of each other! It’s a duplex too so you could literally hear the people next to us snoring!

Sufficient for our needs and close to everything. However…loud, obnoxious neighbors in the unit next to ours for 2 nights of the stay (well into the night), and the walls are very thin. Everything was super clean and tidy, with exception of the toilet around the front of the bowl and basin and the walls and FLOOR. We had to clean it ourselves. Drains were all slow. One bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Previous guests left big pile of dog poop in the yard. Property managers never contacted/messaged us once during the stay to check in and this is a first. That all being said, we had a fabulous weekend enjoying time with family and activities in the Smokies. While staying at this property would not be our first choice, it was certainly as advertised and we did just fine. Just understand this is a duplex and you never know who you’ll get for neighbors!

We enjoyed the full size kitchen and large living room. The washer and dryer was also a plus. The location was close to the main strip without the noise of the traffic. The only negative was that the wall shared with the neighboring unit must be very thin because we could hear the tenant snoring and hear their television, so I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers. Overall, it was a very clean rental and comfortable.

The place was spotless, quick handyperson when a light didn't work. Good communication. Near everything. The window in the bedroom didn't open and was duct taped together which wasn't so great, but otherwise really nice for the price.

Our stay was great. The beds aren’t super comfortable, and I’d encourage you to bring your own pillows. The beds and pillows were clean, just not as comfortable as what we sleep on at home. No fault of the host. The host was easy to communicate with. Great little house located in a prime area.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a large living area great for relaxing after a long day of fun in Pigeon Forge. Additionally, the jacuzzi was much needed relief after a day of walking around Dollywood. The property is located within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The host was very responsive and offered suggestions on things to do. My wife had to work in the morning and the internet is a little spotty (if you need high speed for work I suggest having a mobile hotspot which is what we did and there was no problem). I would highly recommend and I expect we will stay here again next time we are in town.

Listikg says sleeps 6. 2 king beds and an air mattreas. We check in late after going to Dollywood. When we blew up the air mattress it had a leak. Property manager said they qould replace it in the morning but that meant my teenagers sleeping on the couch. They didnt sleep well. Place was very clean though and great location

I was very happy with this property. It was a comfortable size for a small family with a large living room that our kids could play in. Check in was simple and the host got us all the information needed a week prior to our visit which made for easier planning.

While staying at this property would not be our first choice, it was certainly as advertised and we did just fine. Just understand this is a duplex and you never know who you’ll get for neighbors!
Sufficient for our needs and close to everything. However…loud, obnoxious neighbors in the unit next to ours for 2 nights of the stay (well into the night), and the walls are very thin. Everything was super clean and tidy, with exception of the toilet around the front of the bowl and basin and the walls and FLOOR. We had to clean it ourselves. Drains were all slow. One bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Previous guests left big pile of dog poop in the yard. Property managers never contacted/messaged us once during the stay to check in and this is a first. That all being said, we had a fabulous weekend enjoying time with family and activities in the Smokies. While staying at this property would not be our first choice, it was certainly as advertised and we did just fine. Just understand this is a duplex and you never know who you’ll get for neighbors!

The property was very nice and clean. There was one small issue that came up that couldn’t be helped, but the owner was quick to respond and offered to make everything right. This is our second time with this host, and hope to rent from them again.

The location was perfect! It was within 10-15 minutes of most of the attractions we visited. The hot tub was a plus and great to relax in it after a long day of walking. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch where it was quiet. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of issues come up with the home, but the property owner responded very quickly and corrected the issues. We had 6 people in our party. Would definitely stay there again!

John & Lisa were the perfect hosts. We had an amazing stay. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot water and water pressure are absolutely amazing!!! The bed was also very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every night and watching fireflies. It is very close to the Parkway and minutes from all of the action in downtown. The couches were super comfortable and we also enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with our coffee every morning and listening to the birds as we were getting woke up. John was very prompt with communicating and there was also something broken from a prior guest and my husband was able to fix it and John even gave us an extra night for free for the repair. It wasn’t a major repair but something that didn’t need done. He was willing to have someone come right over to fix it but that is what my husband does for work anyhow. About worked out for all of us. We also needed to extend our stay a couple of days further and John was very accommodating and we were able to remain there and not have to pack up and go elsewhere. If we ever need a place to stay in that area again, we will definitely be going back there!!

Location was great & back away from all the noise! The beds slept great! Only wished there was another bathroom as we had to wait to use it because there were 4 ladies in our group. Would recommend to anyone that needs a place that sleeos 4 comfortably.

The home was clean, it had all the basics we needed, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. She allowed us early access when we were displaced and was very responsive when I reached out with questions prior to booking. The location is incredible! You aren’t going to get any closer to the parkway than this. We have stayed at many rentals in this area, and I was especially thrilled when I realized how close it was to our very favorite Pigeon Forge restaurant, Sunliner Diner. Def recommend this property and would stay again :)

The property was great. The only issue we had was with the keypad. The door would not lock from the outside. The host responded and fixed the issue the next day. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again. Very clean and safe area.

Place was clean and well stocked. Cons…location is horrible. Cannot walk to anything. You would have to cross a very busy 6 lane road to walk to the wax museum. Hot tub is NOT private, backs up to another hot tub with a wooden divider and will only seat two people. Hot tub is located in the front of property and when people drive down the road you are blinded by headlights. No curtain in bedrooms making it impossible to sleep past 6am. Extremely thin walls. Was awoken several times by neighbors closing their cabinets.

Stay was fantastic. Check in was so easy and the house was beautiful. Hot tub was relaxing and really clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Our host was really nice and helpful. I definitely plan on coming back to the area and would love to stay here again.
