Overall we loved the quaint little cabin. The owner is especially great checking in to make sure everything was ok. As a handicapped person using a mobility scooter, we were expecting the master bedroom and bath to be on the main/first floor so that i can set up the bath transfer chair in a dedicated bathroom instead of the shared one on the main floor. Instead it is located on the top floor with the loft. Also, after trying unsuccessfully to get the cable to work downstairs, the owner informed us that cable is not provided downstairs, only streaming. Knowing these challenges, we would be better prepared for future stays. These comments do not take away from overall satisfaction with the cabin.

We came for a visit with 6 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room to stay out of each others way. Plenty of things for the kids to do, pool table, arcade games, board games and hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! (There is a crock pot, 2 electric griddles, pots, pans, casserole dishes, mixers, a Keurig, a regular coffee pot, and anything else that you would need!) A nice variety of coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig with sugars and creamers for the coffee. A very easy drive to get to from the main strip in Pigeon Forge, no steep mountain inclines or sharp curves. Very close to everything. Jasmine checked in with us everyday to make sure everything was up to par. Great trip!

We stayed at the Anazing Journey cabin. We loved the location, easy communication with property manager, cabin was spacious and comfortable for us. Cabin was well stocked and had snacks which we didn’t need but was nice to have in case. Manager even ordered and had griddle delivered for us so we could fix our pancakes! We enjoyed the game room. Our only complaints are the water in upstairs shower would only get warm, not hot and it was hard to adjust heat for all 3 floors to be comfortable. Overall great cabin and would stay again!

Hello from the Rammel family! We had an awesome stay in the cabin “Amazing Journey”! Its name truly describes our trip! The cabin as soon as you enter, is beautifully decorated with Smoky Mountains theme everywhere you look!The kitchen, which is the heart of the home, has everything you’ll need to help prepare yummy country breakfast to delicious dinner!The gas grill is so nice to use, even hot dogs tasted good! The hostess, Jasmine, provides a full kitchen, from coffee pots to spices, even a snack box in the counter, filled with goodies!We enjoyed sitting around the dining table, both inside and one on the back deck!Each morning it was so relaxing, sitting out on the deck, enjoying hot drinks while watching the squirrels scamper among the trees!We could even see and watch our family, who was down the hill at the pool, which was nice! All the beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious!The recliners were a hit, as our grandchildren enjoyed the pool table!While we were guest, we had no problems, although Jasmine did email, checking to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything else she could do for us! My entire family really enjoyed our stay. Every time we left house, our two year old grandson said, I want to go back to the nice house. Our host, Jasmine was over the top with making sure all was ok. Very nice and answered questions right away. Everything you need is there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gas fireplaces were warm, beautiful and very easy to start.

We traveled to Pigeon Forge for fall Rod Run with our party of 12. My mother in law is disabled and in a wheelchair. The cabin was accessible for her. There is a bathroom on the main floor but not a walk in shower which is stated in the listing but was the only slight inconvenience for accessibility. The layout was perfect for our family’s needs. We traveled with kids aged 2, 3, 4, 8 plus 8 adults aged 25-64 and all were pleased with the accommodations. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and darts game. The only thing I wish I was aware of (I didn’t ask!) was the parking situation. There is room for 2 vehicles, maybe 3 if they’re small. Thankfully we could utilize first come, first serve parking across from the cabin as we had four vehicles. It was not an issue because no one else stayed next door. However, four vehicles could be an issue otherwise. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The downstairs beds in particular were extremely comfortable with memory foam type mattresses and pillows. Plenty of towels/washcloths for one use and a washer & dryer to clean them. Cabin was well stocked with supplies and even a snack & coffee station!

We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin was clean, spacious with plenty of areas for the kids to play. There were 4 adults and 5 kids in our stay. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the 2 pools. It was nice having 3 bathrooms and 3 showers and laundry facilities right in the cabin! Jasmine was very good with communication. She checked in with me every other day to see how things were. We had one issue with the front door knob and someone was there within an hour to fix it!! That’s great service! We were in Pigeon Forge for the Ripken Experience and the cabin was perfect distance to the fields. Our whole team stayed in this cabin area. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge in the future. Thanks Jasmine!!

It was a wonderful vacation. I would caution people that even though this cabin comfortably sleeps 16 people (we had 9 and had lots of space), there was not a space big enough for 9 of us to sit together comfortably. We could sit on a combination of couches, benches and kitchen chairs, but that wasn't comfortable for the evening. The other caution is that there was not a pantry for the food we brought. If you're like us and you rent a house instead of hotel rooms because you want to cook some meals I would recommend bringing bins to keep your food in. Obviously if you don't plan to sit together for any length of time or you don't bring much food, and need lots of comfortable beds - this is the place!There were a few things that could be updated - the toilets, the sinks, chairs on the back deck.The location was perfect! We loved the pool. The response from the management was excellent!

The cabin was dated. We noticed some new cabins being built when coming into the cabin area. The stay was very nice and we had a good time. The place was clean and tidy. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would like to see the cabins updated and maybe try out the new ones! Thanks Jasmine for everything!

Jasmine was a great host. She was quick to address any issues. We could not have asked for a better location. Our grandchildren were in a gymnastics event at the LeConte Center and it was ten minutes away. We were close to all the pigeon forge attractions. The cabin is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The only downside is that the cabin could use a good deep cleaning and some general maintenance.

We wanted to celebrate our 17 year old son by bringing his grandparents down for a family trip. We had an AMAZING time! The house was wonderful and the location couldn't have been better. It was close enough to get to everything quickly, but tucked away enough to not hear road noise. The only negative (that's such a strong word) is that for a house that comfortably sleeps 12 minimum, the dining table was very small. So if you want to have family meals like we did, you'll unfortunately have to make adults sit on sofas, etc. But that's the only bad thing I can say. Everything was great!!

We wanted to celebrate our 17 year old son by bringing his grandparents down for a family trip. We had an AMAZING time! The house was wonderful and the location couldn't have been better. It was close enough to get to everything quickly, but tucked away enough to not hear road noise. The house was very nice and roomy. It was convenient to where we had plans for at the Ripken Experience. Where my 9 year old nephew was playing ball. It was 9 people in our party and we all had a great time. We will stay there again.

This cabin was a great size for our family. The loft upstairs worked great for an office; and the basement game room area was a hit. Close to all the things in PF and Seiverville. Jasmine is an amazing host and checked on us during our stay. We also appreciated that it was nicely decorated for Christmas.

It was a wonderful vacation. I would caution people that even though this cabin comfortably sleeps 16 people (we had 9 and had lots of space), there was not a space big enough for 9 of us to sit together comfortably. We could sit on a combination of couches, benches and kitchen chairs, but that wasn't comfortable for the evening. The other caution is that there was not a pantry for the food we brought. If you're like us and you rent a house instead of hotel rooms because you want to cook some meals I would recommend bringing bins to keep your food in. Obviously if you don't plan to sit together for any length of time or you don't bring much food, and need lots of comfortable beds - this is the place!There were a few things that could be updated - the toilets, the sinks, chairs on the back deck.The location was perfect! We loved the pool. The response from the management was excellent!

This cabin was perfect!! It fit all our groups needs from the oldest of us to the youngest of us. Can't rave enough about the beds. After a 12 hour car ride the comfortable beds let us rest up for our adventures on the strip and in the mountains. So close to all the action with a feeling of being secluded. Will rent again in the future!

We had 13 people for our stay ranging from 1 year old to 69 years old. Super convenient location for us all. The basement or lowest level was a favorite hangout spot for my crew. Listing was as described. We would stay again! ♥️. Excellent cabin for a family getaway.

We have been to the Smokies numerous times and stayed in cabins and condos, but this was the best cabin we have ever stayed in! Everything you see in the pictures is real- the best thing is the location- we were literally no more than 6 minutes from everything-Dollywood, Dolly Parton Stampede- great eating places-anything on the Parkway! This cabin has the most amazing host! She was so kind and very attentive, checking in every day to see if we needed anything! Jasmine, thank you for sharing your cabin with us! We will definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great. Everything that others have said. Lots of room, plenty of dishes, great great rooms and most of all a very communicative and in touch host. We've done VRBO before with mixed results. In our opinion a nice property is a good start but support is what makes the real difference. From the beginning of the process, Jasmine always responded timely and thoughtully. We had a couple of items we needed help with and again Jasmine took care of these. I left a medication bottle that had fallen under a bedside table. Jasmine stayed on it and helped me get the meds back.

Hello from the Rammel family! We had an awesome stay in the cabin “Amazing Journey”! Its name truly describes our trip! The cabin as soon as you enter, is beautifully decorated with Smoky Mountains theme everywhere you look!The kitchen, which is the heart of the home, has everything you’ll need to help prepare yummy country breakfast to delicious dinner!The gas grill is so nice to use, even hot dogs tasted good! The hostess, Jasmine, provides a full kitchen, from coffee pots to spices, even a snack box in the counter, filled with goodies!We enjoyed sitting around the dining table, both inside and one on the back deck!Each morning it was so relaxing, sitting out on the deck, enjoying hot drinks while watching the squirrels scamper among the trees!We could even see and watch our family, who was down the hill at the pool, which was nice! All the beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious!The recliners were a hit, as our grandchildren enjoyed the pool table!While we were guest, we had no problems, although Jasmine did email, checking to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything else she could do for us! We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin was clean, spacious with plenty of areas for the kids to play. There were 4 adults and 5 kids in our stay. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the 2 pools. It was nice having 3 bathrooms and 3 showers and laundry facilities right in the cabin! Jasmine was very good with communication. She checked in with me every other day to see how things were. We had one issue with the front door knob and someone was there within an hour to fix it!! That’s great service! We were in Pigeon Forge for the Ripken Experience and the cabin was perfect distance to the fields. Our whole team stayed in this cabin area. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge in the future. Thanks Jasmine!!

Jasmine is an amazing host and responds immediately to questions concerns and problems. Dishwasher was broke. Toilet on main floor broke. Contacted jasmine and she was on top of getting someone there to fix it. Our biggest problem was the main floor bathroom and bedroom are not handicapped accessible as advertised and the ramp and doorway were hard to maneuver with wheelchair.

We wanted to be in the Smokeys but not too remote. Amazing Journey was perfectly situated in an upscale area of cabins dotting the hillsides. A five minute drive to Main Street restaurants and attractions, with the feeling of being in the woods. We loved our stay.

Nice location, beautiful cabin. This was the perfect size for our 6 adults and 3 teenage boys, with a very entertaining game room.There is parking for 3 cars, although we were at the edge of a drop-off so I chose not to get in the car until it was pulled out a bit.
