Great property. It was clean and easy to get to. Only issue I had is that the listing said there was a hot tub. There was not one. Only a jetted bath tub. It would be good to clarify that.

Modern, spacious townhome. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Every where was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The master bathroom has a freestanding glass shower which was fabulous, plus a separate bathtub.

Sherrie Heywood (host/property manager) is an excellent communicator. She responds quickly & positively...(Yes! she answers the phone.) Very clear instructions. The home is tastefully decorated with functional furnishings... right down to having a make-up mirror (which was greatly appreciated.) Comfortable beds with nice bedding. Plenty of towels. Well stocked & everything in the home was working (TVs, appliances etc.) The complimentary popcorn & hot chocolate packets were enjoyed & appreciated. Nice quiet neighborhood... close to grocery stores, movie theater, Logan Temple. Enjoyed the large side yard & additional cement parking space. Simplified home entry & minimal check-out things to do. We'll definitely try to stay in this home again! So pleased.

In short, this place was perfect! Everything was so clean, organized, and our entire family enjoyed our stay. The location is on a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to grocery, restaurants, and parks. We enjoyed the space, the amenities, and the location. The two levels and 3 bedrooms helped us spread out when needed, but there was enough space between the living room and kitchen seating to enjoy time together.Booking, check in, and communication went very smoothly. Sherrie is very responsive and helpful!If we are in the area again, this will be our first choice!

This is our second time staying in this townhome. Not only is it sparkling clean, it is comfortable, homey and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and USU. My family of four booked this listing for our stay in Logan, as we were visiting family. It’s sort of a duplex property, but situated on the end, so it was very convenient and there was lots of (unfenced) yard space for the kids to run around. The home was very clean and well appointed. I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of extra linens and towels in the linen closet. The master bed was a little too soft for my liking, and I actually found the beds in the smaller bedrooms, a bit more comfortable. But, it didn’t take away from our stay whatsoever. Communication with the owner was very easy, and she was very accommodating to us. The checkout process was also very simple. I have stayed at VRBO‘s where I feel like I’m basically cleaning the house for them upon checkout. This was not the case with this home. I would definitely consider staying at this house again when we return for a visit.

We had four adults and two teens for our stay, and there was plenty of room! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. It was a quick 10-minute drive to USU. We will definitely stay here again!

In short, this place was perfect! Everything was so clean, organized, and our entire family enjoyed our stay. The location is on a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to grocery, restaurants, and parks. We enjoyed the space, the amenities, and the location. The two levels and 3 bedrooms helped us spread out when needed, but there was enough space between the living room and kitchen seating to enjoy time together.Booking, check in, and communication went very smoothly. Sherrie is very responsive and helpful!If we are in the area again, this will be our first choice!

We had a great stay with the family while visiting Logan. The townhome was very clean and well maintained. We cooked several meals and had all of the essentials. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, megaplex, etc in a quiet little neighborhood not far from main street.

Condo is in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to town. Had an effecient layout with the comforts of home. It is clean and nice. Will definately consider staying here on my next visit to Cache Valley.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure everything was clean and well maintained.The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of the linens and bedding made for excellent nights of sleep. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.Most importantly, our host was fantastic: incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Any questions were answered promptly, and everything was exactly as described.Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-located place to stay.

The property was great! Had a lot of amenities already for children/infants. The location was super convenient for gas station/coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and had a lot of families walking around. We easily made it our home for our stay!
