House was clean upon arrival and well stocked including things in the kitchen like a colander for cooking spaghetti or rinsing fruit. Everyone had fun with the game room downstairs including the children playing air hockey. Location was excellent to downtown and also to many beautiful natural places like Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Emerald Pool, and also for fun places for the kids like Storyland etc. Many restaurants in the area. The owner was super accessible and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival including the AC. Excelent stay!

Our LARGE family likes to do one vacations year together. The group includes the grandpa and grandma, four of their unmarried adult children, their daughter—her husband and three boys (ages 1-4) myself, my husband and our two children( 4 month old and 3 year old. So Lots of people, lots of age ranges! The house had tons of space and never felt like we were encroaching on each other. The basement was packed full of fun games. We had a blast hanging out down there. We loved that the kitchen was very well equipped as we don’t eat out much, but if we did there were many restaurants near by. The location can’t be beat! We enjoyed being central to hiking, biking, plenty of swimming options, and playgrounds. Highly recommend for a group stay! We would love to come back in the winter as I’m sure it’s a great spot to end your ski day with the fire place and sauna.

Super fun house! We took full advantage of all of the games in the basement. We used the kitchen (and grill outside) constantly as we cooked in for all of our meals. The house was clean and spacious for our large group. Highly recommend this house if traveling with friends and game lovers. Quick drive to Cranmore and Attitash.

Katie and Tony's property was a great stay! They left us a nice gift surprise for us and everything was as described. The games downstairs were fantastic, the fireplace was cozy and there were plenty of beds for everyone. It's near all the amenities and there were great views of the mountains from a short walk. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a great time. The property was in a great location close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and White Mtn activities. Many an evening was spent in the game room with pool, air hockey and boss toss tournaments. The owners were wonderful, very easy to get ahold of for any questions or problems we ran into. We would definitely rent the property again.

I rented this property for a long weekend with my Adult children and grandchildren. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.. The game room was amazing for kids and adults. The mountain was close by for an afternoon of snow tubing, where they kids had a blast. It was exactly what we where looking for a homey cabin like feel with room for all . We played games, enjoyed amazing food we ordered ahead at Joseph’s Spagehetti Shack, and enjoyed the quality time we had together. Kate was great, friendly and helpful through the whole process. Thanks so much for our arrival gifts and for sharing your home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our host was amazing and super responsive. The house had a great mountain cabin feeling to it. The game room was incredible; it kept our crew entertained, no need to go out into town. The Sauna was the best, especially after a full day of snowboarding. It slept 12 of us very comfortably

The property was exactly as listed. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space for our large family group. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, supplies were easy to find. We Love this house, many reasons: the owner is wonderful, and very responsive. the house is perfect for our family, the dining area is 2 large round tables that is perfect for our family. the house is always clean and neat, and close (walking distance) to downtown for shopping and eating, and so many hikes. Close by, driving, for some fun in the water! We would recommend this house to everyone. thank you Katie and Tony for another perfect family vacation.

Everything was great, the location, beautiful house, bedrooms very comfortable. If there’s any complaint not really a complaint, just a suggestion, the couch needs new cushions. There is a website where you can order new cushions it’s called the foam factory . It was a little uncomfortable because you just sink into it.

Vacation for whole family. 10 adults and 7 children. PLENTY of room for all. Close to all attractions. Katie is an amazingly attentive host. The built in baby gates and all baby supplies made the trip so much more relaxing. We will go back for sure!

We have a small senior class and booked this property to be close to shopping and a day trip into Boston. We loved the location. Settlers Green, lots of restaurants and hiking. Katie was terrific to work with and even provided a special gift for each senior as a momento of their trip.

Katie was a fabulous host , very responsive. The space was great , there were 18 of us and we never felt crowded. It is absolutely perfect for a large family, even with the little ones crawling around. There was everything we needed for the babies as well.

House was clean upon arrival and well stocked including things in the kitchen like a colander for cooking spaghetti or rinsing fruit. Everyone had fun with the game room downstairs including the children playing air hockey. Location was excellent to downtown and also to many beautiful natural places like Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Emerald Pool, and also for fun places for the kids like Storyland etc. Many restaurants in the area. The owner was super accessible and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival including the AC. Excelent stay!

We have a small senior class and booked this property to be close to shopping and a day trip into Boston. We loved the location. Settlers Green, lots of restaurants and hiking. Katie was terrific to work with and even provided a special gift for each senior as a momento of their trip.

Super fun house! We took full advantage of all of the games in the basement. We used the kitchen (and grill outside) constantly as we cooked in for all of our meals. The house was clean and spacious for our large group. Highly recommend this house if traveling with friends and game lovers. Quick drive to Cranmore and Attitash.

The property location is perfect for a ski weekend or trip to North Conway. The house was clean and the layout with multiple rooms worked great for our group. I would recommend you consider staying at the Pine Brook Lodge!

The property is perfectly located next to Mount Cranmore. House is clean and full of entertainment. Bedrooms are decent sized and the property is excellent for accommodating large families or friends. The owners are very helpful and house is well kept. Will be coming back!

We had a great time. The property was in a great location close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and White Mtn activities. Many an evening was spent in the game room with pool, air hockey and boss toss tournaments. The owners were wonderful, very easy to get ahold of for any questions or problems we ran into. We would definitely rent the property again.

We Love this house, many reasons: the owner is wonderful, and very responsive. the house is perfect for our family, the dining area is 2 large round tables that is perfect for our family. the house is always clean and neat, and close (walking distance) to downtown for shopping and eating, and so many hikes. Close by, driving, for some fun in the water! We would recommend this house to everyone. thank you Katie and Tony for another perfect family vacation.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and organized. The host was super helpful with the check in and check out process and even gave us some great recommendations to check out. We would 1000% stay here again, worth every penny!

Quintessential ski lodge. Our group of 10 loved staying here and we will be back next year. Place was very clean and had tons of space to sleep and play. The basement was epic with Foosball, pool, and air hockey keeping the kids busy while we sat at the bar and relaxed. Well stocked with firewood for the 4 sided fireplaces on both levels. Also a great location with Cranmore and restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed our stay in North Conway. Katie was great to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The house was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our extended family. There were some nice personal touches that made it feel welcoming and well cared for. The location was also fantastic — convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this home and would be happy to stay again.
