Such a charming home with everything you could need. We enjoy the location close to campus. Our student enjoys hanging out with us there just like she would at home. The porch is our favorite part. A perfect perch to relax. Makes it easy to imagine living there in Cleveland.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable place to land at the end of the day and even during the day! We were able to sit on the front porch and back patio this time and enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings. We will definitely be renting again!

Every thing was great ! Owners were excellent. Very helpful. The weather was very hot so we hung out in the house a lot. Very comfortable.Great front porch !My wife wanted to take it with us ! Best BNB we have ever stayed in ! Will be back !

We enjoyed our stay. Bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Hosts provided everything needed for our 6 day stay. Quaint and pleasant neighborhood. We could have used a few more washcloths for our stay, but the washer and dryer on sight was a plus. Thank you for your hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. It was cozy, clean, well taken care of and was exactly what we needed to be this weekend. We even enjoyed a few minutes on the front porch enjoying the neighborhood and a cool breeze passing by. We will definitely be back. Just delightful. Thank you for everything!

Our daughter is a student at Lee University. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood many times and this house is by far our favorite. We really appreciated the updated bathrooms. House was very clean with comfortable furniture. It would have been nice to have a couple bar stools at the counter for extra seating, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay ever! The location was just perfect for getting around, the property was unbelievable! Clean and beautiful so well kept! We didn’t need a thing! The furnishings were perfect, bed was very comfortable we slept very well and the neighborhood very quiet. Bathrooms just right, we had no problems whatsoever! It’s a must stay!! Linda our host was so pleasant and helpful. Everything was amazing!

This home was very comfortable, nicely decorated, in a safe, beautiful historic neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and we were easily able to prepare a couple meals during our stay. Their were thoughtful touches through out- pods for the Keurig, a few snack cracker packages, popcorn, hot choclate pods, cold water bottles in the fridge. We completely enjoyed our 4 day/3 night stay and highly recommended this home for your visit to Cleveland. We had two adult couples. We had so much fun we extended our stay an extra night. We will be back for a conference in the fall!

This property offers close access to Lee University and lots of great restaurants, too. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and the house is pristine. We had a delightful and comfortable stay, and if we ever find ourselves in Cleveland, Tn again, this would be our first accommodation choice!

We were in town to visit with our son and daughter-in-law. This house was a perfect place to stay. It's walking distance to Lee University, if anyone is needing to visit the campus, and equally as close to the downtown area. It had everything we needed and you can tell the owners thought through exactly what a renter would need. As a bonus, the sofa and chair in the living room were SO comfortable! We will definitely be renting this home again!

My daughter and I loved everything about our stay! The home was clean, warm, and welcoming! It was well stocked with essentials, as well as some extra goodies (snacks, games, etc.) Linda was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and was so easy to coordinate with. We were in town to catch some Lee University baseball and the house was perfectly located just blocks from the university. We also loved the town of Cleveland! Small town and quaint in some areas, but just a short drive to all the stores and activities you need. We hope to have a reason to come back and stay again!

It's walking distance to Lee University, if anyone is needing to visit the campus, and equally as close to the downtown area. It had everything we needed and you can tell the owners thought through exactly what a renter would need. As a bonus, the sofa and chair in the living room were SO comfortable! We will definitely be renting this home again!

This property offers close access to Lee University and lots of great restaurants, too. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and the house is pristine. We had a delightful and comfortable stay, and if we ever find ourselves in Cleveland, Tn again, this would be our first accommodation choice!

This home was very comfortable, nicely decorated, in a safe, beautiful historic neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and we were easily able to prepare a couple meals during our stay. Their were thoughtful touches through out- pods for the Keurig, a few snack cracker packages, popcorn, hot choclate pods, cold water bottles in the fridge. We completely enjoyed our 4 day/3 night stay and highly recommended this home for your visit to Cleveland. We had two adult couples. We had so much fun we extended our stay an extra night. We will be back for a conference in the fall!

My daughter and I loved everything about our stay! The home was clean, warm, and welcoming! It was well stocked with essentials, as well as some extra goodies (snacks, games, etc.) Linda was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and was so easy to coordinate with. We were in town to catch some Lee University baseball and the house was perfectly located just blocks from the university. We also loved the town of Cleveland! Small town and quaint in some areas, but just a short drive to all the stores and activities you need. We hope to have a reason to come back and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage home! It was the perfect size and setup for myself, my spouse, and our 21-year-old son. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.We traveled from Cleveland, Georgia, to attend my niece's wedding in nearby Georgetown, Tennessee. The location turned out to be incredibly convenient—we were easily able to use Uber to get back and forth to the wedding venue without any hassle.Our hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. As an added bonus, we noticed just how close this property is to Lee University. It would be an absolute jackpot of a location for anyone visiting their child for Parents Weekend or graduation!We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.
