The house was great! It slept 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids, really comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than a lot of other places we've stayed. The host was so responsive and took care of any issue that arose almost instantly. The only thing I’d say is if you are taking a boat and plan on using the ramp there in the neighborhood be careful bc it’s kind of sketchy. Theres multiple other ramps within 5 min by boat so it wasn’t a big deal.

We stayed at the property over the 4th of July. The property was very clean and we loved the dock for our boat. The location of the cove where the dock was located was perfect for watching the fireworks at the dam. We spent lots of time on the large deck as well. We would for sure stay here again!

Took the family to Grand lake for the first time and this place was perfect! We had some younger and older kids! Boat dock is great and house has everything you need for relaxing time at the lake!
