The Hobbit House, Fantasy comes Home!

This was the perfect spot for our annual "Lord of the Rings" movie marathon. The attention to detail was amazing and the host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would highly reccomend.

I loved the attention to detail with all The Hobbit/LOTR stuff.

A very nice place to stay that is well put together

Unfortunately our stay was short lived after discovering mold spores on one of the air vents and experiencing respiratory difficulties. There was a great attention to detail to the items you see in the pictures and I can see how it would be a lot of fun for fans. Other things we observed during the visit:Not all spaces are finished and could present a hazard for children. Being in the basement, you easily hear noises from above.There was trash/debris piled up in the back yard. Perhaps for a bonfire?We contacted the host upon noticing the mold, which was within the first hour of arriving. Responses were quick. Due to the health hazard associated with mold, we let the host know we would not returning and asked for a refund. We also raised the matter to VRBO. The host needed time to contemplate the mater and wanted have a professional confirm the mold spores (which we were told was confirmed). We were promised a refund but as of writing this we have not received a refund.

Beautiful property. Used for a game night for my birthday.
