Very good communication with the host!! Condo was very clean, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. It was very convenient having the unit on the first floor and the first unit off the parking lot. Neighborhood was great and had no issues with noise or neighbors. Parking was very easy. Beds were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this unit. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do and was very accessible to the freeway system!

Property was nice and was only 10 mins from family that lives in Colorado. Located near several restaurant and shopping . Pool was a bonus and Brian was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute little place - maybe not the most updated but cozy and comfortable. We loved the fireplace. Big closets and dressers were a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for 2 people. We probably cook more than most and it worked ok. The complex is in a great location. Lots of casual dining and shopping nearby. Quick access to I25. Since it was winter we didn’t use the grill. The community center and gym were closed for repairs so I can’t comment on that. Finally, the owner was great! He made check-in/check-out easy, made sure we had everything we needed and provided with a list of all the places to visit in the area. Thanks Brian!

Stayed at that condo for all my Denver trips in the past few years. Great location. Great amenities, lot of space, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so it’s perfect for families. Full kitchen , you can cook every meals if you wish. But it is close to several restaurants if you rather eat out, and to a target store as well. There is a pool and a clubhouse but I never took advantage of those. Condo has 3 TVs with cable and fast speed internet as well as a gas fireplace. Parking is literally right next to the building so you won’t have to walk much more than a few steps after you leave your car. And to make it even better , it has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. If you looking for a better choice than a hotel, in a great, safe and convenient location for your next Denver trip, I cannot recommend this condo enough.

Overall, pretty good .. needs a few updates .. shower door leaks onto the floor because door trim is installed backwards and hinges need adjustments .. couldn't access clubhouse at the pool .. eating area chairs are really uncomfortable and couch is starting to break down a bit .. good location, quiet, and a decent place to stay

This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I highly recommend the owners/managers replace this piece of furniture with something useable.

Very comfortable fully stocked with many supplies full kitchen very nice shower was amazing! Was clean but not super clean. Windows were dirty and hard to open. Oven was not clean . Convenient and quiet location

We arrived and was extremely happy with the rooms and the cleanliness and organization of the place. Very comfortable and reasonably priced, it was like having a home away from home. My family and I were very pleased and enjoyed our stay.

This property desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning!! The Master bathroom had not been cleaned. There were many moths in the rooms but no swatters. Location & property layout are GREAT but better care needs to be a priority.

Perfect location for our stay! Quiet place, with everything we needed for the few days we were there. Nice little courtyard area, right off the back patio. Walking distance to Fiddler's Green (just over one mile). Sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for an adult (perfect for kids), but no reflection on this review, since I, honestly, don't think there's a sleeper sofa in existence that is comfortable for an adult. Would, definitely, stay there again, though!

Host lied about condition after we left, said we partied and did drugs (never once in my life), accused me of bad parenting when I told him I was just there with my family, threatened me and then had the gall to make racist remarks about my family. I have it witnesses and text screenshots of everything. Also is now tying to charge exorbitant fees because there were some water bottles on the floor when we left. Beware! This guy is a bad person and will take advantage of you if he can. Not worth the risk to stay here.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Denver and surrounding sight seeing. There were 4 of us and this condo was very comfortable and spacious. It's also just a couple of blocks from the rail station to avoid traffic. We were able to be downtown and in the mountains easily!
