2 Masters-Heated Pool & Spa+1 min Walk to Beach

Great communication from the host, house was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed including puddle jumpers for the kids and beach toys! The hot tub was awesome and pool was warm enough to enjoy this time of year which was nice!

The SeaBreeze is a perfect home away from home for a vacation or get together. Short walk to a beautiful beach, and lots of chairs, towels, etc. to use in the sand. A great outdoor area to sit and sip or take a splash. Open kitchen and living space made it great for our big group of friends to hang out. Everything was clean and the house was loaded with all the amenities you may need. The communications with Tamara were excellent and she was very accommodating and helpful. Being near St Augustine was perfect for a nice dinner or exploring to see sights or shop. Would recommend to anybody.

Family consisted of grand parents (age 77) daughter (age 55) and three overly energetic grandkids (age 22, 23 and 26). House was perfect as we stayed in downstairs master suite and kids were upstairs. Wish I had a dollar for every time one of them went up n down the stairs. Pool n spa were used daily and walk to beach was easy. Loved the place!!

We enjoyed this property very much! Clean, well stocked with basics. Such an easy walk to the beach. Our family really enjoyed the pool area and items for babies (high chair, potty seat, baby gate).

This house was incredible!! It was stocked with everything you could need and then some. The location was so close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the owner was very communicative. We are already getting ready to plan our next trip, We will definitely be rebooking. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!!
