We enjoyed the stay in this cute yellow house - with the construction across the street, getting in and out of unit 1 parking space was a challengeThe pool was a great way to end the day - it was a challenge getting in and out with out a hand railing - the washer and dryer was quite handyThe kitchen was well stocked -It was convient to the historic district

Place was awesome. Walking distance to old town St. Augustine(roughly 10-15 mins walk). Pool and patio area is a nice get away each day to relax and unwind. Kirsten is a great host stopped by a spent some time speaking with her

Bit mixed on the property. Plusses - unit very clean, kitchen well stocked, pool and deck area very nice and relaxing, marked parking spaces in adjacent lot. 10-15 minute walk to downtown and most attractions. Minuses - unit quite dark, only one small window in each room, kitchen quite small with no kitchen table. Only eating space at counter. Would be a problem for families. Neighborhood bit on the rundown side, two abandoned homes right across the street, several in the immediate area. Unit is one of four in the building; pool is shared amongst all the units. Overall, I would give 3.5 stars.

Wanting to visit the oldest city in America, we were glad to find Krisitin and Michael's appartment steps from downtown. This is an older home in a quiet area. It has been pleasantly renovated; most of the kitchen and bathroom items are new. Some furniture, sofas and comforters have seen wear, hence the 4*s. It was very clean and the inventory was well thought out. The outdoor area is surprisingly large; pool, dining table & chairs and sun loungers will be a great benefit most of the year. A Parking space is almost as valuable as an appartment in this town and spaces were well marked out. We would return here and recommend it.

The pool deck and outside seating area were well maintained and the pool captures the sun all day long. A short walk takes you to many restaurants and St. Augustine attractions. Kirsten is a wonderful and attentive host who obviously takes great pride in her property. We would love to return.

The property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice and featured a covered area for seating. Proximity to downtown was excellent, although the area is under redevelopment. Only one thing would’ve made it five star and that’s if only the beds were comfortable.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it’s always a wonderful experience. The place is always extremely clean and provides all the extra little perks. We love the location because we can walk to our favorite restaurants, shopping and everything the downtown area has to offer. The host makes the process simple and is always so helpful. We love it And will be back again!

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, von Spülmittel, Handseife, Shampoo etc. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Wir waren gerne im Pool und haben abends draußen gesessen. Der Kontakt zu Kirsten war ebenfalls sehr nett. Bei Fragen hat sie wirklich sofort geantwortet und auch Dinge empfohlen.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, so dass man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen kann. Das haben wir tagsüber für eine Trolley-Tour genutzt oder abends nach dem Essen, um tolle Livemusik in einem der schönen Hinterhöfe zu genießen. Das Appartement liegt in einem Viertel mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it again! This time we got to use the pool and patio area and what a bonus it was!!! Clean and comfortable, close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. We love it here! Kirsten is a gracious hostess that is resonsive to requests. She always answers and helps in every way.

As always, A+ property, A+ owner, walk to everything. Our favorite place to get away from the MN cold. Everything was perfect except for one thing, and I know it is very difficult to screen the renters but the renters next to us last weekend almost sent us packing early. Loud TV, music, and totally out of control hyper active children. Over the years we've been there, other renters have always been quiet and respectful. We'll be back. thank you

We were in town for a wedding and a little celebration for my husband’s birthday. Location was waking distance to shops and restaurants. We walked over to O.C Whites and had a great time. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed in a downstairs unit that had everything we needed. Unit was clean and had the essential items. We didn’t end up getting an opportunity to use the pool, looked very nice. The only constructive feedback I could add would be regarding the bed. The queen bed was pretty harsh for multiple nights. A nice 3” memory foam topper would make a big difference. We are smaller/average sized people and it was like sleeping on a board. Overall we were happy with our rental and had a great time.

This was our second time at this location. We love how easy it is to walk downtown, and also to the winery. I contacted the owner to ask about a card table so that I could work remote and she had one to us within the hour. If you want a great space, good location, good communication with owner, then this is the space. We have already booked again.

We stayed at this property at the beginning of October 2024 and, of course, during Hurricane Milton. We're from Ohio so we never experienced a hurricane before. To say the least, we were a bit nervous. But the landlady was amazing, keeping in constant contact with us. She even provided other accommodations in case we needed them during and after the hurricane. She checked in on us several times, making sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. They even offered to extend our stay for a couple of days (even though we weren't able to). The property itself was so cute and the backyard was amazing! My husband and I were so happy and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Neighborhood is ideally located for walkability to everything that historic downtown St. Augustine has to offer! The backyard pool and sitting area is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting outside by the pool to read during the day and to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Kirsten, the host, is very responsive to questions and is very easy to get in touch with!

We had a wonderful week at 86 St. Francis St. ending today March 21st. Our apartment was well equipped and very clean. The pool deck and outside seating area were well maintained and the pool captures the sun all day long. A short walk takes you to many restaurants and St. Augustine attractions. Kirsten is a wonderful and attentive host who obviously takes great pride in her property. We would love to return.

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, von Spülmittel, Handseife, Shampoo etc. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Wir waren gerne im Pool und haben abends draußen gesessen. Der Kontakt zu Kirsten war ebenfalls sehr nett. Bei Fragen hat sie wirklich sofort geantwortet und auch Dinge empfohlen.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, so dass man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen kann. Das haben wir tagsüber für eine Trolley-Tour genutzt oder abends nach dem Essen, um tolle Livemusik in einem der schönen Hinterhöfe zu genießen. Das Appartement liegt in einem Viertel mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund.

Our apartment on the 1st floor was really cute and well maintained. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Wine and cocktail glasses were provided. Fluffy towels and nice bed linens provided. Beautiful pool, too cold to use but enjoyed happy hour on the sheltered patio. Parking provided at apartment was awesome. Nice base to enjoy area. Some tenants walked about 20 minutes through neighborhoods to Castillo Street across from the Fort or St George street. We drove and parked at visitor center close to downtown. Lots of restaurants & bars there. Drove 15 minutes across Lions Gate bridge to beautiful St Augustine beach and the lighthouse. Lots to do including Trolly Tours, free wine tasting at San Sebastián winery or whiskey tasting at several distilleries and shops close to visitors center. Free shuttle every 15 minutes from there. Really enjoyed our stay

Place was awesome. Walking distance to old town St. Augustine(roughly 10-15 mins walk). Pool and patio area is a nice get away each day to relax and unwind. Kirsten is a great host stopped by a spent some time speaking with her

Comfortable apartment about 0.5 miles from the main tourist area. We were able to walk to most things and only needed our car to get groceries or to go to the beach and lighthouse. Neighborhood was very quiet.

We had a nice week, in spite of daily rain and storms. The pool and gazebo were a godsend, we were spend the afternoon outside during a four plus hour hard rain. We were delighted when we met our host Kirsten. The location was close to beaches and we walked to and through town most days. We will be looking for longer stays!

The property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice and featured a covered area for seating. Proximity to downtown was excellent, although the area is under redevelopment. Only one thing would’ve made it five star and that’s if only the beds were comfortable.

Lovely well kept property, spotlessly clean. Great outdoor space and pool. Good communication with host. Comfy bed, lounge area lovely to relax in too. Excellent location to walk into St.Augustine, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, things to do and the amazing history and college. We were lucky enough to see the Nights of Lights, which are very special. Also the great beaches over the bridge. An amazing stay! Thank you.

We arrived shortly after our check-in time and got in the apartment without any issues. It was clean and inviting. The beds were a little stiff, but not too bad. All of the TV's had Roku, so that made watching TV super easy (once we tracked down the remotes and put them in their correct places ). The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed for the week - coffee (both decaf and regular) and coffee filters were even included! The bathroom had tons of towels available - and the included shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled good and worked well. It was warm while we were here, so we utilized the pool - it was comfy and relaxing! So enjoyable! The hosts stopped by one day while we were enjoying the pool - she was very friendly! Parking is a little tight - if you have a large vehicle you might be better off parking on the street (unmetered street parking is easily available). This was the perfect stay and only a short walk from many popular attractions. We absolutely loved it!

Had an absolutely great time. Pool was awesome and the place was clean. We stayed for a month and it was the best location. We walked everywhere in the old town. A cute coffee shop right by was an added plus!
