Chic Loft-Style Condo in Downtown Portsmouth

Perfect location for visiting Portsmouth. Unit was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great stay!

This place was very conveniently located with an easy walk to charming downtown Portsmouth and all its shops and restaurants. It was also located with easy access to the highway when we needed to go elsewhere. It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and suited our needs perfectly. The only downside we experienced was how close it is to the road and bridge construction going on right next to the home. While we are not late sleepers, quiet mornings were not possible with equipment and workers showing up early for work and the sound of cars zooming by. If your intention is not to sleep past 7am, then this shouldn't bother you much. It was only a minor annoyance for us. Everything else about it was great for our needs.

Very pretty condo inside, and close to everything. We walked everywhere with no trouble.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was amazing and it was nice to have a park across the street to walk our dog.

Everything was as expected, the home was neat, up-to-date and close to town and Portsmouth activities. The host provided a list of recommendations for food and local attractions which we appreciated and found very helpful. The location also made a side trip to Ogunquit very doable. We had a great time.
