Expansive Angel Fire Retreat: 1 Mi to Fishing!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home in Angel Fire! The location was perfect—peaceful and surrounded by mountain scenery. It was conveniently close to Monte Verde Lake for fishing, kayaking, and hiking.The home itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large windows offered breathtaking views, and we especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the deck with coffee.The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the entire property felt warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. It was perfect for a large family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Angel Fire.

The house was beautiful however comfortability was lacking. The thermostat did not appear to be working and we either froze or or entirely too hot. There was no water pressure so no more than two faucets could be running at once. It’s a beautiful property but could use some maintenance to make it spectacular.

The house was beautiful. the kitchen was very nice, spacious. good lighting. House was clean. Bedrooms comfortable. It has a nice deck.

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our group. Property management answered question promptly and the property had everything we needed to prepare meals each evening and plenty of room for everyone to gather for the meal. The only concern I would have would be returning during months of heavy snow as the driveway coming into the property is really steep, something that may need to be mentioned to renters prior to arrival.
