Modern, roomy condo with all the conveniences including washer, dryer, A/C. Wi-fi excellent and free. Very well maintained. Communication with our host, Cynthia, was prompt and courteous. Great location for golfing, sightseeing, and shopping with quick access to the freeway system. Only 25 minutes from Skyharbor airport. Highly recommended.

This property was as advertised & very comfortable. It was nice to be able to do our laundry after being on the road for 2 wks. The location was convenient to all the square dancing we wanted to do & we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to stretch our legs. The host was very responsive & we would definitely stay here again! Very nice courtyard, too.

the place was perfect for us! it was not only clean but also updated and had everything we needed. The pictures are very true to the actual enviroment. Check in was easy, parking was great and the host kept us updated on everything we needed to know. If you need a place in Mesa look no further than this Staceyis it!

Very clean. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

Wowie - this was a delightful place to stay in. From being able to park right outside my door, the security of a deadbolt with a combination lock, a wide open bright, lovely apartment that was very clean, big bed, very comfortable, washer and dryer and a full sized fridge. I was stranded here with a car that was not working properly, and could not have been happier. I was able to call DoorDash and other deliverers, prepare my own meals, wash my clothes, and take care of everything I needed to take care of, including work, all within the comfort of this apartment. Thoughtfully appointed and lovingly cared for with a very responsive host.
Wowie - this was a delightful place to stay in. I needed a rental for a few days to bridge the time until my long term rental became available and I chose this property. Overall the experience was excellent and I would rent it again. The online description and pictures were spot on, the property has high ceilings which contributes to an open feeling, full kitchen with separate bedroom, washer/dryer in the unit. As I was working remotely I had a few different things to bring into the unit. The driveway access that was dedicated for the renter and was just steps from the front door was very helpful. While the rental unit is attached to the owners residence, I didn't hear people in the main house and didn't encounter the owners. Communication with the owners was timely. As I noted above, I would rent this property again without a problem.

Very beautiful apt. Clean and new. Washer and dryer in unit. Laundry soap and dryer sheets complimentary. Bed comfortable, but high and difficult to get into with out using furnished step. Bathroom was very nice.

Nice property, quiet area, comfy bed, good communication. No problems! Just a few FYI's : there are many plug-in fragrance dispensers if your sensitive (they were great about letting me remove them) & during the week you can hear the garage door & such when they leave for work around 7:15ish.... not a complaint just heads up if you wanted to sleep in (i was up so no problemo)

What a lovely stay we had. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our reason to be in Mesa. The bed was super comfortable once you got in it! My husband is 6 ft 3 so no problem for him, I am 5 ft 6 so until I found the little stool it was a bit of a challenge for this almost 80 yr old! Thank you, Cindy.

Nice place and quiet. Some old style airplanes fly a bit above the Urbana and orange groves. Good location for East Mesa. Ac,kitchen and host were all great. All the stuff of home. Even inspirational art.The bed is for tall people but very comfortable and supportive.

Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

The unit was very clean, furniture and finishes are very nice quality. Coffee pot not listed on amenities but found one in a cabinet. The bed was very comfortable. W/D was a plus. Location super convenient to all parts of town and freeway access. Our only issue was TV was in bedroom so no chairs available as we are accustomed to. The freezer icemaker was frozen solid so I cleared that and emptied the old ice. That should probably be done on a regular basis as part of housekeeping so the motor doesn't burn out. Thanks for an overall very nice place to stay.

This place was a perfect little getaway for me and my out-of-town guests. Lovely neighborhood, clean and modern apartment, nice amenities. And I really appreciated Cynthia's professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness.

Good location for getting to multiple areas , quiet neighborhood. We were able to borrow a couple coolers which was helpful to be able to stay out all day.

It was exactly as depicted: a convenient location and very comfortable lodgings. There was perfect and quick communication between me and the host. All issues-few and minor-were addressed quickly. I’ll definitely be back if need be.

Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so.

We enjoyed a couple nights at this apartment in the Groves Area. Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and convenient to restaurants and visiting the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

We needed a home base from which to golf, hike, and dine. This was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it had a comfy bed, a full kitchen, and laundry so we didn't have to pack a bunch of clothes to change into when we got sweaty from outdoor activities. Stopped at the grocery store to pick up breakfast necessities. Loved that the apartment is located between the Superstition Mountains (Lost Dutchman State Park) and the Desert Botanical Garden. Could have easily visited South Mountain, Camelback, or Piestewa if we had the ability to stay longer. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice place and quiet. Some old style airplanes fly a bit above the Urbana and orange groves. Good location for East Mesa. Ac,kitchen and host were all great. All the stuff of home. Even inspirational art.The bed is for tall people but very comfortable and supportive.

This place was absolutely fabulous and very clean. Comfy bed and very convenient to anywhere in the area you want to get to. Flawless check in and very private seeing that it’s connected to the main house. Plenty o space to park. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This amazing Vrbo property in Mesa was exactly as it was described! We had everything we could’ve needed for our stay and Cynthia was a wonderful host! We highly recommend staying here when you’re in the Phoenix/Mesa area and if we ever come back, we will be staying here again!

It was a nice place to stay. You need hooks for hanging items in Living room and bathroom ( purse, Scarf, Sweater and Getting out of shower to put on robe. We took shoes off at door but feet and socks were pretty dirty . other then that yes we would definitely would stay again and tell others about this place. Thank you
