Très facile d'accès à partir de l'autoroute. 2 stations services à proximité avec les prix les moins cher vus dans la région. Stationnement souterrain très pratique mais parfois plein lors d'arrivées tardives en soirée. Beaucoup d'espace, tres beau condo moderne. Pour les visiteurs ne restant que quelques jours et desirant cuisiner, l'hébergement ne founit aucun condiment ou élements de base. Prix un peu élevé mais probablement un peu moins cher qu'à Canmore (à 5 min) ou à Banff (à 25 min). On y retournerait.

The condo is as described and was overall a great place to stay. Locking the door to the patio is still difficult (other reviewers mentioned this), but once you figure it out, it's fine (push on the door really hard and then lock it). There is nothing nearby, so you have to drive to the next town, but it was an easy drive. It was very much appreciated that there were ice packs in the freezer and a small hard-sided cooler in the closet. We travel with a soft-sided cooler, so the ice packs come in handy. The fire pit wasn't working when we arrived, and the young woman at the front desk had several explanations (it is only turned on in the winter; it was just installed last week, and I don't think it is set up yet). Later, while sitting there, it just came on. The condo has the basic amenities for cooking. The hot tub is very hot! It was great, but just know it is not for long-term soaking. It was a pricy stay, but we did cook all but one meal, so that helped. The washer and dryer were great, as we did have some rain while we were there. There was loud construction going on that could be heard, but it wasn't bad from this unit. We would stay here again and did enjoy our stay.

Very nice and quiet location close to Banff national park(10 min. drive). Underground parking and a National parks pass ready to use included. Great access to hot tub and BBQ directly from patio. Lots of activities to do around like hiking, skiing, mountain biking, hot spring etc. Great location away from busy Banff or Canmore.

Great ground level location. Ski tuning area in the parkade is one of the best I've used. Bright lights and large table. Eric is very easy to get in touch with.

A wonderful stay at this quiet condo. Communication with Eric was excellent. The unit was very clean & well stocked. Amenities were excellent. Location was great, just a short ride into Canmore. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We had a great experience during our short stay in Eric's place. The place is very clean, organized, secured and quiet - all the essential things were also provided. 👍 The host is very kind and very detailed on giving us all the instructions (check-in, parking, check-out) and they even have recommendations on places to see in Banff. It's just few minutes from Canmore that's why it's very accessible. We highly recommend this place if your looking for a ralaxing/quiet place to stay away from the busy city.

Very nice property. Clean, quiet, with a modern kitchen, and only a few minutes from Canmore. The underground parking was a nice perk too. The owner communicated with us regularly throughout the process and was very good to deal with. Highly recommended.

The property was extremely clean and was bigger than expected. The host was very helpful with reminding us of what needed to be done prior to checkout and making sure that all of our needs were being met during our stay. The property is located about a 5 minute drive from Canmore which allows for a quiet location away from most high traffic areas, however it is still located near all major landmarks. I would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Parking, though available, was a tight squeeze for the rental vehicle we had (Vehicle was changed up by the rental company last minute to a full size pick up). Location was perfect for quietness yet easy access to expressway to Canmore and the national parks.

Luxury condo suite, new and spacious with all the amenities. Full kitchen, eat-at counter seating, dining table, living room, fireplace, and landscaped courtyard view. Also, private door to patio and view of surrounding mountains. Neighborhood walking trails and creek. Super comfortable mattresses! Only 6 minute drive to Canmore.

Property / condo was very nice. Parking a breeze. The host had excellent communication and promptness to emails. Use of the park pass very nice. The location was perfect and the resort complex very nice. The condo had everything needed for my family and we really enjoyed multiple hikes in the national parks. Even saw pikas, marmots and elk as well as different birds. The stay in Dead Man's flats with groceries near by in Canmore was incredible. We wish we could have stayed a few more days!

It has a fully stocked kitchen, in suite laundry, fire place, and cable TV. Underground parking is an added bonus. The owners offer suggestions for places to see depending on your interests. The bed is comfortable. The resort has a hot tub, fire pit, bbqs, pool table, and a small gym. The hot tub was nice and easily accessible from the patio door - it holds 10 people and they are very strict on that. Communication with Eric, the host, was great. He was able to adjust our stay for check in a day early which we were grateful for and touched base with us throughout.

We enjoyed our stay, we love the location in that we can bypass the busy areas of Canmore to get to Kananaskis to do the things we enjoy. Great home base for a weekend of fun in the snowy mountains. The host provided great check in info and was very responsive to any questions.

Very nice property. Clean, quiet, with a modern kitchen, and only a few minutes from Canmore. The underground parking was a nice perk too. The owner communicated with us regularly throughout the process and was very good to deal with. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay at this quiet condo. Communication with Eric was excellent. The unit was very clean & well stocked. Amenities were excellent. Location was great, just a short ride into Canmore. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Nice weekend getaway for my partner and I, from Calgary. Location less busy than, but with easy access to Canmore (important to us). Unit generously appointed with amenities and ablutions. Owner very responsive to messages. Would plan another stay in future :)

The resort was exactly as expected. It was easy to access, clean, and had all the needed amenities. It was also close to Nakiska (where we skied) and Canmore/Banff for dining. The only thing I would caution others about is that the only place to purchase food/restaurant is the gas station so make sure you stop in Canmore or make other arrangements.

Stationnement souterrain très pratique mais parfois plein lors d'arrivées tardives en soirée. Beaucoup d'espace, tres beau condo moderne. Truly a great place to rest and relax in the surrounding beauty of the Rockies. Eric and Nancy's place was and is a nice quiet place to stay for any person or couple looking for somewhere to escape the rush of life. Their place has been well looked after and the resort complex offers easy access to indoor and outdoor activities to make your stay enjoyable. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great condo for our visit to Banff NP. We loved the peace and quiet in Dead Man’s Flats away from the busier towns of Canmore and Banff. Well-appointed condo with underground parking and good communication from owner. We also loved the local restaurant, One98Eight, located nearby. Would highly recommend this location to others. TY

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Parking, though available, was a tight squeeze for the rental vehicle we had (Vehicle was changed up by the rental company last minute to a full size pick up). Location was perfect for quietness yet easy access to expressway to Canmore and the national parks.

Second time I have stayed at Dead Man Flats in one of Eric’s condos. Perfect location between Nakiska ski area and Canmore. Condos are clean cozy and comfortable. Great place to stay!

The condo is as described and was overall a great place to stay. Locking the door to the patio is still difficult (other reviewers mentioned this), but once you figure it out, it's fine (push on the door really hard and then lock it). There is nothing nearby, so you have to drive to the next town, but it was an easy drive. It was very much appreciated that there were ice packs in the freezer and a small hard-sided cooler in the closet. We travel with a soft-sided cooler, so the ice packs come in handy. The fire pit wasn't working when we arrived, and the young woman at the front desk had several explanations (it is only turned on in the winter; it was just installed last week, and I don't think it is set up yet). Later, while sitting there, it just came on. The condo has the basic amenities for cooking. The hot tub is very hot! It was great, but just know it is not for long-term soaking. It was a pricy stay, but we did cook all but one meal, so that helped. The washer and dryer were great, as we did have some rain while we were there. There was loud construction going on that could be heard, but it wasn't bad from this unit. We would stay here again and did enjoy our stay.

The unit was very clean and the location was wonderful. 10 minutes to Canmore and 25 minutes to Banff. The only issue we had with the unit is the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. With a new mattress this would have been 5 stars for sure!

This was the perfect place to stay to check out Banff national park. Just outside of Canmore so it wasn’t too busy. I highly recommend staying at Eric and Nancy’s condo. They took very good care of us and had excellent communication making sure we had the best experience possible.
