Very clean and new hotel, with very midern facilities and great views across the nearby areas, given its height above the nearby buildings. Very easy walk to an amazing array of cafes and restaurants in adjacent Watton Street Werribee. Very nice bar with great service on the 8th floor. Recommended.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this place. It has modern, clean facilities, helpful staff, and a good breakfast until 10:30 a.m. The parking lots easily accommodated my big SUV. Room service was also available.

Arrived to find we'd been upgraded which was great! Pillows are fantastic and we wanted to take them home Had to pay for car parking which was a bit off putting as never had to do that anywhere before. Not very good anywhere in the room to do your make up by. No lights by full length mirror and bathroom mirror has too large a bench in front of it to get near enough to see. Area is fantastic with shops and restaurants No complimentary hot chocolate sachets which was disappointing, in fact the whole tea coffee box looked very second rate for the room.

Great location and easy parking. Breakfast was really good. Bit of noise on the Saturday night from the club across the road but we still managed to get to sleep. The facilities were really good and clean. The gym was a pleasant surprise in the range of equipment. The walk by the river was really nice after breakfast. A happy hour would be great to see but I did not notice one.

The hotel is nicely decorated making it very comfortable and relaxing. Staff are super helpful as we checked in quite late, and they help with items we need. 24-hour McD drive-through is nearby too so you won't go hungry even when arriving late. Hotel is clean and the lobby floor has a great panoramic view.

Overall stay was good, the one thing which it lacks was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights and they haven’t even vaccumed the floor for even once. We left the tip as well, they replenished everything but didn’t wash the bath and vacuumed the room. For 3 nights i dont think we asked too much. But overall it was good

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & hotel looks lovely, but drain in bathroom smelled awful & was not covered up by the deodorant the staff sprayed. Coffee at a breakfast is from a machine which, for an addict like me, didn’t hit the spot.

Everything was just perfect, staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping were really nice/friendly and very helpful. I really love how the staff was caring for my kids. My Family and I really enjoyed our stay, and this was the highlight of our trip, Honestly no lies, Thank you.

We arrived after a very long 24 hour travel day. We had no way to contact the hotel about request for pickup. A short “5minute walk” as indicated in a welcome email prior to our arrival was not clearly described. It was instead 30 minutes of walking unsure of correct path due to construction surrounding the airport. We arrived to the hotel which had no electricity and no explanation as to why or what would happen next. Did not receive any information until we asked what was happening. I began looking for alternate places to stay while we waited for clarification. Started our stay on a very poor start. Once power was restored, service was restored. Because of service we received the next morning at checkout, and the good breakfast service , I give the score for service barely passing. Better communication is needed. You don’t know the story of the people coming through the business doors. But hotels are about customer service.. We hit your location on an off day. Hopefully this isn’t the norm.

The friendly staff from the reception, bar and the breakfast staff members. They were all very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was huge, clean and comfortable. If I’m ever in Werribee area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

One of the staff, Lolita, went above and beyond to help me set up a special tour of the South Coast and the Apostles. This hotel is on the 8th floor and up. Great views of the area. Rail service to Melbourne is 2 short blocks away. Several options for dining.

The facilities were really good and clean. The gym was a pleasant surprise in the range of equipment. The walk by the river was really nice after breakfast. A happy hour would be great to see but I did not notice one.

All the staff were friendly particularly at reception. The breakfast was great. The decor was divine, right on point! The veiws from reception / bar/ breakfast & our room was of Melbourne's city in the distance and was really lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My husband and I had a nice relaxing few nights. Couldn’t fault anything rooms are great and the staff always welcome you with a smile and a good morning. Breakfast was really yummy and a great variety of choices too eat. And a great view. The restaurant pricing was not highly priced like a lot of hotels. Pretty much pub prices.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & hotel looks lovely, but drain in bathroom smelled awful & was not covered up by the deodorant the staff sprayed. Coffee at a breakfast is from a machine which, for an addict like me, didn’t hit the spot.

Nice modern clean room. Handy location walking distance to shopping and train. Thought the restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food in the evening but buffet breakfast was very good.

We arrived at checkin time, the only ones… we booked high floor, parking and breakfast. As we checked in - our room was unavailable… so they found us a new room. After having to go back to reception to get our key to work in the elevator we managed to make our way to the replacement room. We opened the doors and walked in on the people who were staying in the replacement room… fortunately for all they weren’t in flagrante.. so we went back to reception. They offered us a lower room which I declined, eventually we got a medium corner room which was nice enough. As compensation for the complete mess around, including trying to charge me extra for parking, we were told we had some drink vouchers in our key pocket - it was one hours drink, for a couple… as compensation for the wrong room, an occupied room and a 30 minute check in! Needless to say this experience was less than ideal. It could easily have soured our whole trip but we are good people and managed to laugh about it. I feel for the people whose room we entered. I appreciate the late shift staff who were awesome. They also neglected to have us on the list for breakfast the next morning but that wasn’t a surprise… hotel - 3 stars, experience 0 stars. (Ps the pub - the park, was absolutely excellent 5 stars). Finally - no double glazing - got woken up by traffic and was super loud.
