Me & my husband stayed 3 nights here and we were very pleased! We’ve had a few not great experiences before but this is exactly as pictured (maybe even better)! Clean, check in was easy & communication with host was great!

When we walked in, the apartment was extremely clean and very accurate in reference to the pictures on Vrbo. Quite small, but as expected of the apartment. It is in an excellent location, within walking distance from some nice restaurants and only minutes of a drive from the busy downtown streets. Charlie was a great host who communicated well and provided all the information we needed for our stay. A few things to note: your upstairs and adjacent neighbors can be a bit noisy and can probably hear alot of your business too. You should also expect to eat at restaurants for pretty much all of your meals because there is not much kitchen space to cook. Overall, we recommend this cozy apartment if you plan to stay in Savannah for a few days.

Great location and clean room.

The property is in a weird location - next to an abandoned diner - and the street isn't much to write home about. However, open the door and you find an impeccably decorated flat. It was perfect for my stay (which was kid-free). The space was relaxing and comfortable. The flat is within walking distance of Forsyth Park but the street itself is a weird mix of homes that have been rehabilitated and others where you might expect Boo Radley to live. The family that lives in the larger parts of the building can be a bit loud - kids running across the floor and voices but generally things quieted down at a reasonable times. Also, the parking was no problem at all. Everyday that I was there, I was able to get a spot directly in front of the building.
