I am very picky when it comes to vacation rentals and most always have complaints. I can honestly say this rental exceeded all of my expectations. We arrived in the early morning hours due to a late flight. Check in was quick and easy as we were provided very clear instructions. Snacks, water in the fridge and coffee were a very thoughtful touch as we were too tired to grab the essentials after a long travel day. Plentiful beach supplies (wagon, chairs, wetsuits, sand toys) were available for use. In addition, all the things needed to keep the condo clean were provided and accessible. The clever furnishings made it comfortable for my family of 6 to sleep and all have our own space. The ocean views were better than pictured. As for North Country Village, the amenities made the trade off of not booking a single family home worth it. The heated pool and spa were for the most part not crowded and a welcome activity as the days were not warm enough to swim in the ocean. The game rooms were not crowded and my kids enjoyed playing pool on several occasions. The fitness room was well equipped and also not busy. There was always something for everyone to do, even with the varying interests of my 4 children. Communication from the moment we booked until check out was excellent. I felt like I was staying in the home of a good friend. Ocean beach was a beautiful place to visit, and this condo was an amazing value for a stay in this area. I hope to book again!

We stayed in this property just under a week and were happy with our stay. The location is great and having access to a pool and provided beach gear was great. One thing to note is the unit did lack a few things that are typically provided in VRBOs - you have to bring your own coffee filters, cooking oil, etc.

Great stay in Oceanside

This property is very nice and well equipped. It is part of a resort community that is run with great care. It was clean EVERYWHERE. No dead leaves on the sidewalk. Excellent pool, spa and gym. Excellent location. If only they could have made the weather a bit warmer!
