Luxury 1BR Apt, 3 blocks from Lake Ave, brand new

This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.

The check-in/check-out process was smooth and the property was as-pictured. However, many of the features could use a refresh (stained linens, broken soap dispensers, very loud window ac units). There were also cockroaches, a significant ant problem, and used sugar packets/plant food packets in the sugar container.

Place was great, checkin was great, property manager was an awesome guy and took care of everything daily. I would stay again and I plan on doing so soon.

One word of warning is that the steps are very steep. Our dog was too scared to go up and down them so we had to carry her. If you have a dog make sure that you get a place on the first floor. Also, be careful with the sliding door to the bedroom. Once the door closes there is not a mechanism to get it open again.
