Secluded Bear Lake Getaway w/ Fire Pit & Porch!

This is a lovely woodlands home. Immaculately clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Bed was comfy, easy to adjust temps, nice to have a firepit. Great kitchen. For future guests, this home is remote and you may think you're on the wrong driveway, but navigation is accurate and driving instructions are perfect. A perfect getaway.

Location was great… Quiet and very dark at night so you could see all the stars. Extremely reasonable rate, 30 minutes from sleeping Bear dunes and all the nice little coastal cities, less than an hour to Traverse City. Highly recommend this property, very clean and great amenities.

Perfect location for our sleeping bear dunes trip

The cottage was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. All rooms were comfortable and roomy, a perfect space for 4 adults. Our host responded instantly to all of our questions and needs--this was especially appreciated. He brought a gas grill for us to use as well. The site is tucked in the woods and really quiet. We had no encounters and heard no noise from neighbors. Being slightly north of Bear Lake was a great location, easy drives to Sleeping Bear Dunes and to kayaking and fishing on the Manistee River. It was great to have a trouble-free, comfortable place to enjoy a Michigan getaway. You should reserve this spot early, I'm sure it books up!
