Beach House w/ Private Pool & Spa mins to beach!

The pool was large and very nice. House was clean and very good condition. Owner was quick to respond and very responsive. Great location! Would stay again when in the area.

We had a great week at this beach house! The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries, shops, and, most importantly, the beach. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids and David was very helpful throughout our stay.

The location and home were amazing, and the host was very attentive, responding extremely quickly to any question we had.Everyone loved the pool and hot tub as well as the large kitchen and living area - a much-needed space to watch the Seahawks win over the Rams!

House was very clean and in good condition. I did not receive the access code until after check in time.

We loved the house...5 adults and 3 littles were very comfortable. My grands especially enjoyed the kids room with toys. We enjoyed the variety of games available.The house was clean and had a well supplied kitchen for cooking, plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and supplies.It was close to Sea World (we went), beach (a three block walk for us), and the airport (we flew out).The pool and yard were nice but we didn't have time to enjoy them. It's an older home, nicely remodeled, but retains it's original personality.There are lots of stores and eateries within walking distance.We all enjoyed the funky, little beach town vibe reminiscent of the '60's.If you're looking for a cute beachy area close to activities and food, you'll enjoy this house.David was an excellent host, quickly responding to our needs and questions.
