The accommodations were nice and in a great location for visiting Hampton Beach as well as Portland. The outside area was great for our dog.

Location excellent. Unit itself was excellent. BUT the bed was horrible, it sagged in the middle, and was lumpy. When we messaged John, he said he was surprised, since the mattress was less than a year old. (at some point I looked back at prior reviews, same complaint about mattress) We stayed for three weeks...three weeks on a bad mattress was horrible. The stove didn't work properly...the burners would shut off while cooking. The cookware needs to be replaced (teflon scratched up) The towels were awful, more like terry shop towels, and close to the same size. If the mattress was replaced I would stay there again, and bring my own towels.

The open space areas where very nice and accomodating, other than the person sleeping on the inside of the bed nearest the wall would have to duck to exit the bed for any reason. Floors are very uneven. Bathroom needs work. Broken trim boards, unfinished sheetrock, obvious water damage on the ceilings. Dirt, grime and maybe some mold at the shower curbing. Shims being used to balance the outside stairs leading up to the apartment isnt exactly comforting either. Have pictures if anyone wants proof.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY HERE. VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. THERE WAS A NICE OUTSIDE GRASSY AREA ON THE PROPERTY WE WERE ABLE TO LET OUR DOG OUT. HAD ALL THE AMENITIES WE WERE LOOKING FOR. OUR ONE COMPLAINT WAS THE BED MATTRESS WAS EXTREMELY WORN OUT, LUMPY AND UNCOFORTABLE.

Property was very nice great location for area. Spent time in Portsmouth and Hampton Beach. Would definitely stay again when we come back!
