We rented this unit for 1 week and found it very clean and tidy with everything you need. Highly recommend. Only note would be a bed did not have a mattress cover and some pillow protectors for extra cleanliness would be nice. Thanks.

Had a great stay at Bear Hollow 4404. Everything in the condo and its facilities was in good shape and worked exactly as described. No surprises. The location is great if you have a group with varied interests since Kimball Junction is situated in between the mountains, SLC, and other attractions. It's also easy to get to from the airport, making transit very easy if you aren't familiar with the area.

Nice accommodations.My 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter enjoyed having their own rooms. The bed were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. It was nice parking underground in a garage because it stormed when we were there. The bus was easy and free to get to the mountain to ski at Canyons or Mountain village at park city. It was just a 5 minute walk down to the highway to get on the bus, it was a little more effort to walk back up the hill after a long day of skiing but it was nice to have access to a hot tub at the end of a long day skiing. It was a less than 5 minute drive to Kimball Junction for grocery store and restaurants and outlet shopping.

Property was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
