The Silliman House was perfect! Phil and Kelly were great hosts and their home was more than accommodating. The spacious living room allowed all 7 of us to relax comfortably. The cleanliness and modern upgrades made the stay even better. There was no need for us to pull out our numerous phone chargers as they provided those in just about every room. The property is beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. We even had deer visit us while outside enjoying the fire and eating s’mores. Bonus was the laundry room in the basement and play room that the kids enjoyed playing foosball, air hockey and arcade games. The area allows for a beautiful drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were very happy with stay and could not have thanked Phil and Kelly more for their quick response time and checking in to make sure our stay was pleasant.

We had an amazing experience staying here. Perfect place to come back from ASV (short drive) and recharge in between games and unwind after games. Everything is super clean, organized, stocked and cozy and inviting. The hosts are super on top of everything and welcoming. Beautiful deck and backyard to BBQ and 5 minute walk to Goodyear Lake siblings to swim or fish. There’s also a fun game room too for kids and Dads to hangout. 5 minutes away from post office, grocery stores & gas stations. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Silliman House and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It was the perfect place to come home to each night while our son played at the Cooperstown Dream Park, which was a short, scenic 15 minute drive away. The house was beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed Goodyear Lake, just around the corner, as well as the foosball table, air hockey, and arcade games at the house (the kids even got to be the first players on the new system in the kids’ bedroom!). The coffee bar was wonderful and we appreciated the to-go cups for early morning ball games! Phil and Kelly were the perfect hosts; welcoming and hospitable right from the start of our trip and had great communication throughout. If our younger sons are able to play at Cooperstown Dream Park in the future, we will be sure to book the Sillimon House again!!

Hands down this was one of the best homes I have stayed in! Kelly and Philip were amazing hosts! We were greeted with a "goodie basket" and they were so incredibly kind. They checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and they even ran over ketchup because we forgot to buy it at the store! The house was beautiful! So clean and organized. We loved the coffee bar! They even had "to-go cups" for those of us who were running off to baseball games! The basement was simply perfect for our kids! They all loved the arcade games! The family room was my favorite place to hang! Overall, absolutely beautiful home and it was only 15 min from Dreams Park. My friend who stayed with us is planning to stay Summer of '25 when her other son comes to play! Thank you Kelly and Philip for such a wonderful stay!

Home owners Phil and Kelly were awesome and very welcoming. House was super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Location was great for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame. Even though it rained all weekend, the home was well stocked with fun board games and the game room downstairs provided great family time! Thank you Phil and Kelly!

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the Silliman House in July 2024. The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The hosts are amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The amenities for kids are amazing, from the game room in the basement to plenty of games in the bunk room. They really thought of everything in the home, even providing to-go coffee cups and skewers to roast marshmallows over the fire pit! The home is very centrally located, being a quick 15 minute drive to Dreams Park and a 10 minute drive to Oneonta. We highly recommend this home to future visitors to the area!

Absolutely first class property and hosts. My family (wife, 15 year old daughter and in-laws) were in town for a tournament at Dreams Park for our son. To say this was the best VRBO property we've ever stayed at wouldn't be doing it justice. Phil and Kelly have thought of everything when it comes to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. From the integrated sound system allowing you to fill the property with your favorite tunes to the arcade like experience on the lower level keeping the kids (and adults) entertained, the house provides everything you would ever want or need for your stay. Place is immaculate and if we ever travel back to Cooperstown, the Silliman house is where we'll be staying! Thank you, Phil and Kelly. You two are the best!

This was our first time incoming to All Star Village and staying at the Silliman House. Kelly and Phil were amazing hosts! The house is unbelievably clean and has everything you can need. Even things I did not think of to bring were provided in the house. We would give this house 10 stars if we could! We are coming back for my younger son next year and this will be the ONLY place we will stay! Highly recommend!

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! If you are looking for a clean, warm, and inviting space to really make Cooperstown the best trip ever, rent this house! The owners were so responsive and have literally thought of everything to make this house perfect! We knew our boys were going to have the best week of their life playing at Dreamspark, and this beautiful house helped the moms have ours! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental house during our son’s 12U Cooperstown trip. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we could have possibly needed—and then some! The hosts went above and beyond, greeting us warmly upon arrival, giving us a tour, and making sure we felt completely at home. They were kind, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. My family and I stayed at Silliman House while our boys were competing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was perfectly appointed with all you need to relax for the little time you are off the fields! It was immaculately clean, better than I could've wished for. It was stocked with coffee, paper towel and other products you'd need. The beds were comfy, and the hosts were superb in communication and recommendations. They live next door and were very kind to every need (we had none - the house was amazing). The house is a short 15 min drive to the fields, and its a lovely drive to take. We wish we could experience Cooperstown again - and would love to stay here again!

The Silliman House was the perfect home away from home for our family while our son played at Dreams Park. The owners have thought of everything and the home was impeccably clean and comfortable! Walking distance to Goodyear Lake and a short ride to the ballfields - couldn’t ask for anything more!

We had a great week at the Silliman House! Kelly and Phil met us at the house to check in, at 9pm! Gave us all the info we needed. All of the extra touches in the house were appreciated. Light switches and remotes all labeled to know what controlled what. Wireless charging stands on all of the nightstands. And a lovely welcome basket including a custom travel coffee mug! Would highly recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown ASV or Dreams Park!

We are a group of 6 woman that take an annual girls trip. This year we drove to the Silliman House and it was perfect for our needs. Perfect number of beds and plenty of space for us to sit around the table to eat/play games. The game room downstairs and wireless charging options through the house were great bonuses. We are a group of 6 woman that take an annual girls trip. This year we drove to the Silliman House and it was perfect for our needs. Perfect number of beds and plenty of space for us to sit around the table to eat/play games. The game room downstairs and wireless charging options through the house were great bonuses. My family and I stayed at Silliman House while our boys were competing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was perfectly appointed with all you need to relax for the little time you are off the fields! It was immaculately clean, better than I could've wished for. It was stocked with coffee, paper towel and other products you'd need. The beds were comfy, and the hosts were superb in communication and recommendations. They live next door and were very kind to every need (we had none - the house was amazing). The house is a short 15 min drive to the fields, and its a lovely drive to take. We wish we could experience Cooperstown again - and would love to stay here again!

The house is absolutely perfect- they ah e thought of everything you could need for your trip, and are helpful and responsive to their guests during their stay. The game room was perfect for younger siblings, beds were comfortable, and the house was quiet and cozy. We were about 15 minutes from all-star, making it easy for us to get to games. We plan to stay again when our younger son goes to Cooperstown on a few years!

This was our first time incoming to All Star Village and staying at the Silliman House. Kelly and Phil were amazing hosts! The house is unbelievably clean and has everything you can need. Even things I did not think of to bring were provided in the house. We would give this house 10 stars if we could! We are coming back for my younger son next year and this will be the ONLY place we will stay! Highly recommend!

When we arrived, power was out due to heavy snow on powerlines. The hosts Kelly and Phill Scrambled to Get the house on a generator, which was absolutely sufficient enough to make us comfortable. Everything in the house worked beautifully as it should and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest with great communication from the house.

Light switches and remotes all labeled to know what controlled what. Wireless charging stands on all of the nightstands. And a lovely welcome basket including a custom travel coffee mug! The owners were so responsive and have literally thought of everything to make this house perfect! We knew our boys were going to have the best week of their life playing at Dreamspark, and this beautiful house helped the moms have ours! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Hands down this was one of the best homes I have stayed in! Kelly and Philip were amazing hosts! We were greeted with a "goodie basket" and they were so incredibly kind. They checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and they even ran over ketchup because we forgot to buy it at the store! The house was beautiful! So clean and organized. We loved the coffee bar! They even had "to-go cups" for those of us who were running off to baseball games! The basement was simply perfect for our kids! They all loved the arcade games! The family room was my favorite place to hang! Overall, absolutely beautiful home and it was only 15 min from Dreams Park. My friend who stayed with us is planning to stay Summer of '25 when her other son comes to play! Thank you Kelly and Philip for such a wonderful stay!

The cleanliness and modern upgrades made the stay even better. There was no need for us to pull out our numerous phone chargers as they provided those in just about every room. The property is beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. We even had deer visit us while outside enjoying the fire and eating s’mores. Bonus was the laundry room in the basement and play room that the kids enjoyed playing foosball, air hockey and arcade games. The area allows for a beautiful drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were very happy with stay and could not have thanked Phil and Kelly more for their quick response time and checking in to make sure our stay was pleasant.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the Silliman House in July 2024. The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The hosts are amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The amenities for kids are amazing, from the game room in the basement to plenty of games in the bunk room. They really thought of everything in the home, even providing to-go coffee cups and skewers to roast marshmallows over the fire pit! The home is very centrally located, being a quick 15 minute drive to Dreams Park and a 10 minute drive to Oneonta. We highly recommend this home to future visitors to the area!

My friend who stayed with us is planning to stay Summer of '25 when her other son comes to play! Thank you Kelly and Philip for such a wonderful stay!
Hands down this was one of the best homes I have stayed in! Kelly and Philip were amazing hosts! We were greeted with a "goodie basket" and they were so incredibly kind. They checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and they even ran over ketchup because we forgot to buy it at the store! The house was beautiful! So clean and organized. We loved the coffee bar! They even had "to-go cups" for those of us who were running off to baseball games! The basement was simply perfect for our kids! They all loved the arcade games! We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the Silliman House in July 2024. The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The hosts are amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The amenities for kids are amazing, from the game room in the basement to plenty of games in the bunk room. They really thought of everything in the home, even providing to-go coffee cups and skewers to roast marshmallows over the fire pit! The home is very centrally located, being a quick 15 minute drive to Dreams Park and a 10 minute drive to Oneonta. We highly recommend this home to future visitors to the area!

My family and I stayed at Silliman House while our boys were competing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was perfectly appointed with all you need to relax for the little time you are off the fields! It was immaculately clean, better than I could've wished for. It was stocked with coffee, paper towel and other products you'd need. The beds were comfy, and the hosts were superb in communication and recommendations. They live next door and were very kind to every need (we had none - the house was amazing). The house is a short 15 min drive to the fields, and its a lovely drive to take. We wish we could experience Cooperstown again - and would love to stay here again!

The Silliman House was perfect! The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the coffee bar in the kitchen and the fun video games in the basement. The outdoor deck and firepit area were also wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

The Silliman House had everything you could possibly think of for the entire family. The House was very clean, well kept and equipped with everything you needed. The Owners met us at check in to show us everything the house had to offer and was willing to help with any questions we had during our stay. With a Busy schedule during a Cooperstown Tournament this house was conveniently located, and easy to find and helped make our days back and forth to the ball field manageable! Cooperstown is a beautiful area, and we wouldn't mind visiting again, even without a Baseball tournament on our schedule!

Staying at the Silliman House was absolutely perfect! When I tell you they thought of everything you may need, they truly did!! It was cozy, comfortable, spacious and gorgeous as ever. Not to mention, the location was perfectly centered to everything around town. We would 1,000% recommend to any family or friends. We will be back in the near future!

We had an exceptional, albeit, short weekend at the Silliman House! Weekend before Christmas and the home was decorated to the tee! Kelly, was very attentive to our needs and walked us through the house and all of its features. The weather was perfectly cold and snowy which created the perfect environment in the home with the tree and fireplace. This was a trip we will truly remember…highly recommended!
