The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.

Very clean, nice location to go to surrounding areas such as Golden, Red Rocks, downtown Denver.

The place was great and on a quiet dead end street. It was in the 80's while we were there and the AC unit could not keep up with the upstairs. The two bedrooms up there were uncomfortable to sleep in due to the heat and no ceiling fans in the entire house.
