Very pretty house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice and cosy to hang out in. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked well for the 5 of us. We hung out in the seating area in the backyard. The house was very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Easy walk to downtown area. Short drive to other attractions.

Wonderful stay for our 4 generation family group over Christmas week! We had a few multi-chef feasts over our stay, and the well-stocked kitchen stood up to the challenge beautifully, without any glitches. The house is lovely, beautifully furnished, and accommodated everyone very well, sleeping and waking. The garden with its fire pit was a bonus too. The quaint town of Mystic was a charming setting, well within walking distance, with lots to see and do. Our hosts were super - very welcoming, easy to communicate with, flexible and helpful as needed. The self check-in/checkout procedures were quick and easy. We highly recommend this house and setting, and are hoping to return in 2023! Thanks Emily & co.!

We very much enjoyed our stay in "the Mystic house" as my niece liked to call it. With 5 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and had most everything we needed. Loved the front porch and backyard. The location is excellent, walk-able to downtown Mystic, the seaport, etc if you wish to avoid the hassle of finding parking. So many excellent restaurants here too. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We loved our short three night stay at this lovely home in Mystic! What a beautiful, clean and well maintained home. We took our children to the Mystic Aquarium, Drawbridge Icecream, the playground and walking up and down the main street and into the various shops. Everything was so walkable from this great location. The house itself was just like how it came across on the VRBO listing- clean, well appointed, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, beautiful yard and deck spaces and clear directions. The owners left us two bottles of wine as well as a memorable engraved wine glass. What a fabulous getaway we had, we definitely plan to return.

This house is amazing! Everything about it was perfect. It is beautiful & exceptionally maintained. The great room, with the kitchen, dining room & living room all in the same space made being together easy. We were a party of 8 staying at the house and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything from towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen items. It came with 3 different types of coffee makers to satisfy all coffee drinkers! The location was literally an 8 minute, leisurely walk to the heart of Mystic. Mystic itself is a fantastic town with exceptional food & shopping. And the team who manages the property could not have been more responsive. A message to them on the VRBO app was returned within minutes. If we ever make it back to Mystic, which we really hope to do, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you for providing us with a home base for our wedding weekend. The house is really beautiful- perfect for our group of 2 families of 4 with little kids. It’s spacious and clean with all new bathrooms and a very nice kitchen. We especially enjoyed the backyard with a hammock and pergola- great for unwinding at the end of the day and stargazing at night.

I've been getting a VRBO yearly for 17 years. This was one of the best equipped and supplied rentals we've ever stayed at. It was very clean and tidy like a brand-new home. The hosts were easy to communicate with and any info we needed was provided in a binder. It was a great location with many attractions within walking distance. It has plenty of off-street parking and a nice back yard to spend the evening.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean property for a long weekend to attend a wedding in July in Mystic. The location was ideal to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and even to the church for the wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and comfy back yard that has cute areas For morning coffee or a meal outdoors. We were amazed and delighted with the comfort, beauty and thoughtful details throughout this property. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to town. This is a real gem.

House was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and everyone was very comfortable in their beds. Loved the location, close to everything we needed! It was a great place to spend time with our son that’s at CGA as well as my father who flew in from TN to stay with us. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The house was very nice. Close enough to walk down town. Plenty of room for our family 3 couples and 2 kids. Only issue was there was a strange smell. Kind of a skunky smell. My husband couldn’t smell it my daughter thought it was a musty smell.

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests.My family enjoyed our holiday vacation in the house. The location of the house was great.My only complaint is that there was a lot of black (cat?) hair in the living area. We had small crawling children and the hair was a concern.

4 of us stayed in this property and were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The beds were super comfy and the linens… oh the linens! I have to go out and buy this brand because I liked them so much! Instructions in the house were very clear - no issues. it was not a cheap stay, but as they say - you get what you pay for. This property was well stocked and had very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

House was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and everyone was very comfortable in their beds. Loved the location, close to everything we needed! It was a great place to spend time with our son that’s at CGA as well as my father who flew in from TN to stay with us. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The house is really lovely; the owners have gone above and beyond to outfit it with everything you might need. The spaces are clean, decorated nicely, and are just comfortable to be in - it's a pleasure to spend time there. Also in a great location - close proximity to Mystic attractions.

We were there for a family wedding. It was an exceptional home. The indoor space was beautiful and the outdoor space was also so well done. The 3 floors let you spread out but the gathering areas allow you to have space to share time together. And it was nice to walk to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

What a perfect place to stay! We could walk to everything—dinner, shops, the seaport museum. The house was clean and bright and tastefully decorated. Emily gave us fantastic recommendations (we visited Sift more than once!), and was so friendly & responsive. We had a lovely time, and will definitely stay here again!

The house is lovely, beautifully furnished, and accommodated everyone very well, sleeping and waking. The garden with its fire pit was a bonus too. The quaint town of Mystic was a charming setting, well within walking distance, with lots to see and do. Our hosts were super - very welcoming, easy to communicate with, flexible and helpful as needed. The self check-in/checkout procedures were quick and easy. Wonderful stay for our 4 generation family group over Christmas week! We had a few multi-chef feasts over our stay, and the well-stocked kitchen stood up to the challenge beautifully, without any glitches. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests.My family enjoyed our holiday vacation in the house. The location of the house was great.My only complaint is that there was a lot of black (cat?) hair in the living area. We had small crawling children and the hair was a concern.

I've been getting a VRBO yearly for 17 years. This was one of the best equipped and supplied rentals we've ever stayed at. It was very clean and tidy like a brand-new home. The hosts were easy to communicate with and any info we needed was provided in a binder. It was a great location with many attractions within walking distance. It has plenty of off-street parking and a nice back yard to spend the evening.

We had an amazing time we had in this gorgeous well cared for home! My husband and our adult kids with their significant others were so impressed, and had such a fabulous time! So much room for everyone! The hosts of this home were incredibly accommodating and extremely responsive to all inquiries! I highly recommend this home!!

Very pretty house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice and cosy to hang out in. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked well for the 5 of us. We hung out in the seating area in the backyard. The house was very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Easy walk to downtown area. Short drive to other attractions.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean property for a long weekend to attend a wedding in July in Mystic. The location was ideal to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and even to the church for the wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and comfy back yard that has cute areas For morning coffee or a meal outdoors. We were amazed and delighted with the comfort, beauty and thoughtful details throughout this property. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to town. This is a real gem.

We very much enjoyed our stay in "the Mystic house" as my niece liked to call it. With 5 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and had most everything we needed. Loved the front porch and backyard. The location is excellent, walk-able to downtown Mystic, the seaport, etc if you wish to avoid the hassle of finding parking. So many excellent restaurants here too. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

This house is amazing! Everything about it was perfect. It is beautiful & exceptionally maintained. The great room, with the kitchen, dining room & living room all in the same space made being together easy. We were a party of 8 staying at the house and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything from towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen items. It came with 3 different types of coffee makers to satisfy all coffee drinkers! The location was literally an 8 minute, leisurely walk to the heart of Mystic. Mystic itself is a fantastic town with exceptional food & shopping. And the team who manages the property could not have been more responsive. A message to them on the VRBO app was returned within minutes. If we ever make it back to Mystic, which we really hope to do, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you for providing us with a home base for our wedding weekend. We were there for a family wedding. It was an exceptional home. The indoor space was beautiful and the outdoor space was also so well done. The 3 floors let you spread out but the gathering areas allow you to have space to share time together. And it was nice to walk to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

The house is really beautiful- perfect for our group of 2 families of 4 with little kids. It’s spacious and clean with all new bathrooms and a very nice kitchen. We especially enjoyed the backyard with a hammock and pergola- great for unwinding at the end of the day and stargazing at night.
