Loved the updated kitchen and as everyone mentioned the views and location was great! Management needs to do better. Kitchen rug was dirty, living room rug had stains and sofa and throw pillows were soiled. There was a rattan small table with broken areas that needs to be thrown out. Some utensils were rusted, extra outdoor seating had sand in the seats. Not knowing that we needed a key to get in the elevator and upon calling it took over 20 minutes to get resolved as no one in the office was familiar with the details of this unit. A thin summer quilt on the beds is not sufficient during weather with a wind chill factor in the low 20’s. I’ve stayed in other beachfront properties in OC and VA beach and didn’t run into these issues. As nice as the view was I would not return. This experience is more accurately 3 1/2 stars but it wasn’t an option.

This place was very cute and the views were amazing! We spent girls weekend here and it was comfortable for eight of us. The sofa was so comfortable, I slept in it without pulling out the sofa bed. Things to keep in mind we experienced, without connecting to the WiFi, phone service isn’t good. Second, the paper instructions inside the unit did not have the correct door code typed up. Thankful I received a text message with the correct door code, otherwise, we would have been locked out and would have needed to contact the rental company in case of an emergency. The parking spots for the condos that are the building on the beach are not easy to find. There is a ramp to go under the building for some parking spots. Easily missed it and had to turn around twice. Overall, I would stay here again knowing these few hiccups. The view and comfort of the condo are well worth it!

It was a nice place. But knowing about the elevator process would have been helpful. I just had back surgery and not having elevator access immediately was very difficult. Also the second parking spot was not available. The entire lot was roped off.

Our stay at Salty Sands was wonderful! You can’t get better views and closer to the beach than this spot. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash right outside of our room. Check in was easy, parking was a breeze and love the use of luggage carts available to help with move-in. Furniture and kitchen utensils (pots, pans. Spatulas) could be updated but we didn’t spend much time cooking anyways so it wasn’t a big deal. Fridge, stove, coffee pot were all great and newer. Close to restaurants, entertainment, very walkable location. We loved Ocean City!

Overall, we had a great stay! The unit was very clean and offered a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was the parking situation—it was a bit confusing. There were no clearly marked spots for Unit 304, so we had to call for clarification and were eventually told to park in spaces 9 and 43. Clearer signage or instructions ahead of time would have helped, but everything else was lovely!

Best property I’ve stayed at in OC. Down side cable did not work in Primary bdrm. Very clean and updated. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Didn’t use WiFi, the living room had the only working TV. The second bedroom didn’t have a TV. Bring your streaming devices or laptop. If you are handicapped and traveling alone you will have to access the condo using the stairs because the key to operate the elevator is kept inside the condo.

My mom and I, and my boys (Ages 5 and 7) stayed here for a little vacation getaway. The place is cute, easy to access and parking is great! The underneath parking was so convenient with the elevator. The view is AMAZING from the master bedroom and balcony. It cannot be beat. The access to the beach was perfect. Without my husband to help with the boys, the private beach access was a breeze for me. Convenience and location on the beach were perfect. The rinse off station on the building was a HUGE plus! Everything worked fine, my only issue was the ants inside the condo. But its summer, around sand, and I know it probably cant be avoided. We just had to make sure to keep opened snacks in the microwave or fridge. However, this place helped make this vacation memorable!

We loved the view of the ocean and waves. The place was nice but needs some repairs. It was clean except for one of the showers. There were hairs left from a previous guest. Also, someone was in our parking space so we had to park in someone else’s. Other than these few things we had the best Thanksgiving ever.

With all of the warnings about no parties, etc, on the listing, I was a little worried that this was going to be some kind of a party high-rise. It was anything but. Wouldn’t have known there was anyone else staying in the building had we not seen people when coming and going. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of space for our family of four. Probably time to invest in a new Wi-Fi router. Internet froze a few times and had to power reset it to get it working. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints!

The view of the ocean was great, not just from the living room and balcony but also from the main bedroom. And we were able to hear the waves all the time. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when not walking on the beach. The bed was comfortable. The condo is not perfectly maintained, but everything worked except the DVD and was more than adequate.

It was perfect for me and my husband on our little anniversary vacation! We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the surfers in the water and listening to the waves crash on the beach. It was clean and lived up to the listing. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back for a vacation with my kids!

Waking up to the ocean view is amazing. The kitchen and living space is updated well which made times inside feel like home. The location and ease of access to the beach was perfect for our family with a 5 year old and a 5 month old. You’re far enough away from the hotels that the beach isn’t crowded, but only a few minutes drive away from the boardwalk. Definitely a great place to vacation

Terrific spacious property-- loved the recently-refurbished kitchen! Ditto the renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom with its oceanfront view and sliding door access to the balcony was a standout for us. Full marks to Vacasa for a great rental experience too: informative instructions, easy self-check-in access to the property (key code provided), and some nice touches that we appreciated (lots of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and the like). Great midtown location right on the beach. Yes, we were there in November, so we weren't on the beach much, but the view of the (mostly) deserted beach was unobstructed. Some fine stargazing was possible from the balcony-- there weren't many lights to pollute the eastern night sky.

Loved the updated kitchen and as everyone mentioned the views and location was great! Management needs to do better. Kitchen rug was dirty, living room rug had stains and sofa and throw pillows were soiled. There was a rattan small table with broken areas that needs to be thrown out. Some utensils were rusted, extra outdoor seating had sand in the seats. Not knowing that we needed a key to get in the elevator and upon calling it took over 20 minutes to get resolved as no one in the office was familiar with the details of this unit. A thin summer quilt on the beds is not sufficient during weather with a wind chill factor in the low 20’s. I’ve stayed in other beachfront properties in OC and VA beach and didn’t run into these issues. As nice as the view was I would not return. This place was very cute and the views were amazing! We spent girls weekend here and it was comfortable for eight of us. The sofa was so comfortable, I slept in it without pulling out the sofa bed. Things to keep in mind we experienced, without connecting to the WiFi, phone service isn’t good. Second, the paper instructions inside the unit did not have the correct door code typed up. Thankful I received a text message with the correct door code, otherwise, we would have been locked out and would have needed to contact the rental company in case of an emergency. The parking spots for the condos that are the building on the beach are not easy to find. There is a ramp to go under the building for some parking spots. Easily missed it and had to turn around twice. Overall, I would stay here again knowing these few hiccups. The view and comfort of the condo are well worth it!

It was a nice place. But knowing about the elevator process would have been helpful. I just had back surgery and not having elevator access immediately was very difficult. Also the second parking spot was not available. The entire lot was roped off.

The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. The property was well equipped and very comfortable. We had to contact the host about a question and she responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely rent this condo, again!

Overall, we had a great stay! The unit was very clean and offered a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was the parking situation—it was a bit confusing. There were no clearly marked spots for Unit 304, so we had to call for clarification and were eventually told to park in spaces 9 and 43. Clearer signage or instructions ahead of time would have helped, but everything else was lovely!

Stayed for two nights and greatly appreciated how clean everything was. The layout provides a fantastic view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. So nice! Communication about how to use the elevator could be better and the bed in the master bedroom could use a mattress and/or size upgrade. Overall, this property was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone with those limited caveats.

We arrived and could not open the combination lock. I called Vacasa for assistance and received a new code which did not work either. After trying several times, I was told someone would call me back. I never received a return call. I sent a text to the vrbo link and did not hear back. I called the OC Vacasa number and spoke with Joe. Joe was awesome. He told me the previous codes were not valid and included more instruction. Finally the code opened the door and we gained entry-----after an hour!!!!! We wondered every time we left if we would be able to get back in the condo. The condo was comfortable and had a beautiful view. It is a shame our initial impression of the condo was soooooo bad.

Terrific spacious property-- loved the recently-refurbished kitchen! Ditto the renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom with its oceanfront view and sliding door access to the balcony was a standout for us. Full marks to Vacasa for a great rental experience too: informative instructions, easy self-check-in access to the property (key code provided), and some nice touches that we appreciated (lots of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and the like). Great midtown location right on the beach. Yes, we were there in November, so we weren't on the beach much, but the view of the (mostly) deserted beach was unobstructed. Some fine stargazing was possible from the balcony-- there weren't many lights to pollute the eastern night sky.

Our stay at Salty Sands was wonderful! You can’t get better views and closer to the beach than this spot. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash right outside of our room. Check in was easy, parking was a breeze and love the use of luggage carts available to help with move-in. Furniture and kitchen utensils (pots, pans. Spatulas) could be updated but we didn’t spend much time cooking anyways so it wasn’t a big deal. Fridge, stove, coffee pot were all great and newer. Close to restaurants, entertainment, very walkable location. We loved Ocean City!

We would most definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot for us as it was in walking distance to all of the areas we were hanging out at. Definitely would recommend to others.

My mom and I, and my boys (Ages 5 and 7) stayed here for a little vacation getaway. The place is cute, easy to access and parking is great! The underneath parking was so convenient with the elevator. The view is AMAZING from the master bedroom and balcony. It cannot be beat. The access to the beach was perfect. Without my husband to help with the boys, the private beach access was a breeze for me. Convenience and location on the beach were perfect. The rinse off station on the building was a HUGE plus! Everything worked fine, my only issue was the ants inside the condo. But its summer, around sand, and I know it probably cant be avoided. We just had to make sure to keep opened snacks in the microwave or fridge. However, this place helped make this vacation memorable!

Waking up to the ocean view is amazing. The kitchen and living space is updated well which made times inside feel like home. The location and ease of access to the beach was perfect for our family with a 5 year old and a 5 month old. You’re far enough away from the hotels that the beach isn’t crowded, but only a few minutes drive away from the boardwalk. Definitely a great place to vacation

We loved the location, so close to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. We had our granddaughters visit from Indiana, they have only been to the beach twice before, so they had a wonderful time, the beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated and we would definitely come back with them again !!
