I was in town for a friend's wedding and had a great stay at The Carriage House at Parker's Place. It was quiet and clean. It was also near most of the attractions in the city and centrally located. Overall, I would definitely stay again when in town. Easy parking off the alley and nearby neighborhood is nice with historic houses. My only complaint, and this is relatively minor, is there was no closet to hang clothes. Typically, I don't need this when traveling, but I didn't have a good place to hang my suit while I was there.

Property was very clean and we had a great stay! Owner was very responsive. Only suggestion would be to put a house number on building as the property was a bit hard to find at first. And maybe add some outdoor furniture on patio would be nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A very nice and neat home. Loved staying there. The only problem we had was the freezer was only an ice cube maker. Had to eat ice cream immediately (darn!).

This property is such a fun place to stay for the weekend. It was exactly as seen in the online photos and clean with easy check in process. The location is nearby the places we planned to visit including the Capitol building. If you have children don’t miss the chance to visit nearby Community Park; an awesome playground unlike any we had visited in other places. Two suggestions for making things a bit easier in the house: hooks (coats near the front door, PJs or towels in bedrooms) and Tupperware or glass jars with lids for leftovers in the kitchen. I hope we can return again to this awesome property.

We stayed 4 nights driving 8 hours from southern Arkansas (attending a wedding). The property is exactly as advertised--it is comfortable and pleasant. While we are often greeted by an owner or a property manager when we use vrbo, the instructions we received were fine. We would have liked access to local news, instead of having to stream channels, but we got caught up via our computers. The owners communicated promptly by text, which we appreciated. If we return to Jeff City, we will stay at the Carriage House again!

We had an Amazing time!!! As our 13 year old grandson said, "We had some much needed quality time together." The home was Spectacular and Clean, very clean. Fresh and very comfortable bedding, Huge Plus!!! The feel of being at home but unplugged from the World...literally. We loved that we could cook together and all hang out at the same time. We will do this again!!!

We loved the Carriage house! It's in a great location, there was plenty of space and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The only drawback was that we couldn't find the Wifi network listed in the paperwork, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a big issue. We would definitely book it again when we're in the area in the future.

Check in was so easy. Kim answered quickly on any message we sent. The interior was fabulous, also had a sitting area outside. We came for a girls weekend and this was a perfect place
