Imperial Topaz

Excellent everything was good

We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Topaz at Richmond and would definitely recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and presented to a high standard, making it feel like a home away from home. All the amenities were excellent and everything worked as expected. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable—I was even able to play online games without any issues. The location is another big plus. It’s just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local shops, making it very convenient for both relaxing and exploring the area. The host was outstanding, responding promptly to every question we had and making sure our stay was as smooth as possible. The pool was spotless, well maintained, and perfect for both adults and children, making it a great choice for families. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we’re in St. Ann.

This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. There were only two things that I did not like: access to even the closest restaurant, and Country Store was worse part as we had to walk the busy Jamaican street and do so without sidewalk. It would be great if the surroundings property owners subscribed to some sort of shuttle that ran maybe once or twice per day. Despite this, the Imperial Topaz at Richmond was safe, clean, awesome. I would stay there again, but just arrange for transportation throughout.

The property is very beautiful quiet and serene I felt very safe I will definitely book to stay at this property again my friends and I had a lovey time here.
