Roberta bietet eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung an, die mit allem Notwenigem ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta ist sowohl während der Vorbereitung, der Anreise und auch im Nachgang sehr positiv. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die nahe Lage zum Steinstrand. Auch Bellagio und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist manchmal etwas laut, welches man aber nicht in der Wohnung mitbekommt. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I cannot say enough about Roberta, the apartment and the location! First, Roberta was such a kind and thoughtful host. In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. I had asked about storing luggage should we arrive early; Roberta said absolutely no issue. She ended up being there to greet us and provide us with the grand tour of the beautiful apartment. It was large - big bedroom, plenty of storage, pull out couch, huge bathroom. We had all of the amenities. There was a lovely pool outside as well as two loungers for us to use, a clothing drying rack and a nice table to sit at outside. The location was PERFECT. The guests in the small complex were VERY quiet and respectful. We loved that we could walk to the little beach 5 minutes away - there was a restaurant and you can rent lounge chairs for $10 each. The food was incredible too! A short walk to town - and an easy walk to the boat rental spot as well. We love everything about our stay - oh and I forgot to mention the DREAMY cake Roberta was kind enough to leave in our welcome basket - with some champagne and chocolates. Roberta was the BEST host we've ever had, she sent so many great tips for the area. We will absolutely be back and cannot recommend staying here enough. Thanks Roberta for everything!

Was a great location! Beautiful walk through the Melli gardens to the heart of Bellagio. Host was excellent! Very responsive and had many great suggestions!

Host Roberta was amazing and was in communication before, during, and after our stay. The unit was very pleasant and super clean and a quiet location. Easy walking distance into the town center and shopping. We would stay at the property again. Ideal for a couple.

Super charming apartment. Very spacious for Italian standards. Practical and functional kitchen, and that outdoor patio The pool wasn't heated, but it was very refreshing after a walk. The walk to downtown it's about a mile, but there are a few little restaurants within a block or two. I highly recommend the Riverside Beach bar. Right on the water, good cocktails (The Hugo spritz ) and excellent food. The host, Roberta, isn't a 5 stars, but a 10 stars. She is fantastic!!! Not only available for things related to the apartment, but kindly helped us with other logistics, like transportation and good recommendations.
