I liked the well kept indoors, outdoors, and the surrounding areas. The indoors could’ve paid a little bit more attention to detail cleaning, like dirty kitchen utensils, crumbs on the sofa and bathroom rugs. But overall it was a beautiful stay. And I would most definitely book with Spectrum again.

Perfect for a quick weekend get-away. We slept well. Had solid wi-fi. Good water pressure. Beautiful view. But remember to bring coffee!

We booked this condo for the view and proximity to the beach - it did not disappoint. The condo decorations are nice, but it showed signs of the effects of the rental seasons- the couch & mattress in the main bedroom are uncomfortable & could both use replacement. Also the vent fan in main bath was thick with dust- an end of season deep clean is in order.

Convenient location, great views, solid amenities. I would confirm with Vacasa that the beds/couch have been replaced before booking if you are not a heavy sleeper by nature. Otherwise, awesome spot!
