There was no hot water all the period of my stay, and despite reporting the issue to the administration, no actions were taken, no support was provided. WIFI, very slow After ordering your lunch or dinner the waiting time to receive your meals is between 1.5 and 2.5 h

The rooms were beautiful and very clean would highly recommend…. For the food it would be better to have a larger variety for better satisfaction. Service from Frida, Frank, Idah and Sylvia was excellent. Look forward to coming back.
