The property was simply beautiful with huge, moss filed trees, large landscaped grounds and super cool southern plantation style house. The guest house was a full house itself and was nice and cozy. We loved hearing and seeing the resident Barred Owl every evening.

The stay was great. We stayed in the Guest House and the Main House was used for getting ready for the wedding were in town for and the rest of our family. It made for a great experience. We utilized the large yard and plentiful parking as well. Overall, a convenient and fun place to stay.

This place is perfect. We really enjoyed just being able to hangout with mom. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens. It was nice to eat in more than going out. So very peaceful and the grounds were very enjoyable. If you want to relax and unwind this is the place.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage to attend a family event in Fleming Island. Great location, easy to find…located in a nice quiet, safe, residential area. The cottage itself is lovely…very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, very spacious. Would be a great place for a family with children. Lots of outdoor space to run around and play.

This was my second time staying at Graceful Southern Guesthouse. This place is in a great location, safe neighborhood, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Outdoor space is beautiful and has a nice area for children to play, porch sitting and outdoor dining.

Great stay! We were 5 minutes away from family that live in the area which made our stay convenient whether they came over for the day or we went to their place. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to just about anything you want or would like to do. Guesthouse is located right next to the Plantation House but I rarely knew or heard that anyone was staying there. The property is very large with old growth tree's, pine, beech & magnolia (Magnolia's were in bloom), a small swing set that our granddaughter enjoyed and plenty of room for a wiffleball game, or whatever you enjoy. The resident Barred Owl was out every evening. Lori was a great host, thank you for the stay. Will stay again when back in the area visiting family! Highly Recommend!

The bridesmaids stayed here for the weekend of the wedding, which was being held at Club Continental. The house was super close to the venue and also within a convenient driving distance for bachelorette activities! Very clean as well!

My wife and I rented the guesthouse based on the countless awesome reviews. It was certainly as everyone had described. It’s a beautiful place that is full of charm. It was immaculate, located in a quiet neighborhood while close to everything you might want.Lori is an exceptional host. She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here if we make it back down to the Jacksonville area again.Highly recommend!!!

Great house, great location, 6 buddies in our mid 60’s rented this guest house in conjunction with the main house to get away from the Northeast cold in February and play some golf. Both properties were immaculately clean and well cared for and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and stores. Lori was a fantastic host and responded to any questions or issues almost immediately. Would highly recommend either or both properties.

This was a little slice of heaven for my sister & I when we were visiting family in Orange Park. It was clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping, beds were comfortable, linens were nice quality & soft as butter. Kitchen had everything we needed & we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our visit to the “Guest House” in Orange Park, FL. It’s charming outside and modern and beautifully decorated inside. All essential items were furnished and communication was seamless. A real find!

Everything worked well. Clean, a well stocked of supplies, Kitchen Tools excellent. The only issue is two of the three bedrooms were compressed up in the attic. One suggestion would be to replace the current master bed with a King unit. All and all though, a very enjoyable stay

The upstairs bedroom was only suitable for children an adult could only stand in the very center of attic type room. The stairs going up to the attic are very smal and tight with no hand rails. Overall a very uncomfortable space.

This property was perfect for me and my two teenagers! It was exactly as described and pictured. Very comfortable and very private, while still being in very close proximity to a drugstore, a grocery store, and other conveniences. The guesthouse was absolutely immaculate when we arrived.. The main bedroom is huge, and the loft is ample space for kids and teens. Word of warning that the staircase to the loft is very narrow and steep, but absolutely nothing that would be an issue for older kids or teenagers. While we did not cook at the property, the kitchen was very well equipped, and would make for an easy time making meals. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely book it again when we are in Orange Park to visit my family.

This was an amazing stay. All you could hope for and more. One caution, the stairs to the second level are difficult. Carpet that was slippery and steep, you just have to be extremely careful.

Guesthouse was perfect for our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is cute and comfortable. Please be advised that the stairway leading to the upstairs room is very narrow. The converted attic has low head space and is best used by children. The main bedroom is very spacious so it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Our daughter was in town performing in the Nutcracker and needed a place close to the theatre to stay. This was the perfect location and Lori was a phenomenal host. Will definitely stay again.

We were here for a wedding at Azaleana Manor and this location was super convenient. We had everything we needed and the check in and out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if I needed something in this area. Our host, Lori, was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The properties were great, and as listed. We had the main house and guest house for family that was in for our wedding that was held at The Hilltop Club here in OP. This was stated MANY times in the communication leading up to our family’s stay. Lori could either not understand or accept that there was not a wedding on site. By the way - I’m not sure who would want to get married in that yard. Which leads me to the next issue during our stay. Lori left a review stating that we sent her “lawn care” team away several times. 1st - who sends a lawn crew to a house 3 times at 8am during a one week stay? 2nd - perhaps Lori needs a new crew; the lawn is mostly dirt and leaves. The surveillance that we are sure she did must have been very disappointing in that there was no wedding being held on property. In closing, as long as you have every single name of each person, their age (and their make/model/license plate number of each car) that could possibly visit - you’ll be fine!

Our daughter was in town performing in the Nutcracker and needed a place close to the theatre to stay. This was the perfect location and Lori was a phenomenal host. Will definitely stay again.

I viewed many properties online...but Lori's property certainly beckoned me to choose it. Quiet, peaceful, lovingly restored & well appointed. Close to 295 with plenty of shopping in the area for necessities or entertainment. I'm a country girl & if you enjoy country life...this is the homestead for your vacation, sabbatical or retreat. Thank you, Lori.

Beautiful outside grounds in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Easy access to NAS Jacksonville as well as a beautiful and friendly golf course at Eagle Harbor.

My wife and I rented the guesthouse based on the countless awesome reviews. It was certainly as everyone had described. It’s a beautiful place that is full of charm. It was immaculate, located in a quiet neighborhood while close to everything you might want.Lori is an exceptional host. She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here if we make it back down to the Jacksonville area again.Highly recommend!!!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, it had lovely landscaped grounds with a touch of southern charm. The guest house was immaculate and comfortable. Lori was an exceptional host. We would gladly stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage to attend a family event in Fleming Island. Great location, easy to find…located in a nice quiet, safe, residential area. The cottage itself is lovely…very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, very spacious. Would be a great place for a family with children. Lots of outdoor space to run around and play.

Great house, great location, 6 buddies in our mid 60’s rented this guest house in conjunction with the main house to get away from the Northeast cold in February and play some golf. Both properties were immaculately clean and well cared for and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and stores. Lori was a fantastic host and responded to any questions or issues almost immediately. Would highly recommend either or both properties.

This was my second time staying at Graceful Southern Guesthouse. This place is in a great location, safe neighborhood, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Outdoor space is beautiful and has a nice area for children to play, porch sitting and outdoor dining.

Great stay! We were 5 minutes away from family that live in the area which made our stay convenient whether they came over for the day or we went to their place. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to just about anything you want or would like to do. Guesthouse is located right next to the Plantation House but I rarely knew or heard that anyone was staying there. The property is very large with old growth tree's, pine, beech & magnolia (Magnolia's were in bloom), a small swing set that our granddaughter enjoyed and plenty of room for a wiffleball game, or whatever you enjoy. The resident Barred Owl was out every evening. Lori was a great host, thank you for the stay. Will stay again when back in the area visiting family! Highly Recommend!

Everything worked well. Clean, a well stocked of supplies, Kitchen Tools excellent. The only issue is two of the three bedrooms were compressed up in the attic. One suggestion would be to replace the current master bed with a King unit. All and all though, a very enjoyable stay

This property was perfect for me and my two teenagers! It was exactly as described and pictured. Very comfortable and very private, while still being in very close proximity to a drugstore, a grocery store, and other conveniences. The guesthouse was absolutely immaculate when we arrived.. The main bedroom is huge, and the loft is ample space for kids and teens. Word of warning that the staircase to the loft is very narrow and steep, but absolutely nothing that would be an issue for older kids or teenagers. While we did not cook at the property, the kitchen was very well equipped, and would make for an easy time making meals. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely book it again when we are in Orange Park to visit my family.

This place is perfect. We really enjoyed just being able to hangout with mom. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens. It was nice to eat in more than going out. So very peaceful and the grounds were very enjoyable. If you want to relax and unwind this is the place.

This was a little slice of heaven for my sister & I when we were visiting family in Orange Park. It was clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping, beds were comfortable, linens were nice quality & soft as butter. Kitchen had everything we needed & we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The property was just as described. Nicely remodeled older home in a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I spent our evenings here while attending a wedding and visiting family in the area. It was perfect for the two of us. Lori is a good host and communicated very well.

We had the absolute best weekend in this guesthouse. The home is charming and so thoughtfully prepared for guests. The bedroom was comfy, kitchen well stocked, etc. We were with our family who rented the main house. Loved having us all together and the extra space. This rental is just south of Jacksonville in a quiet neighborhood full of great antique stores & historic homes. Loved it and hope to come back in the future!!

The property was very cozy and clean. My kids loved sleeping on the beds in the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice showers. We enjoyed how the location was tucked away but still close enough to local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends for their stays in the Orange Park area!

This is a cute and clean house with ample space. The surrounding neighborhood is nice with many historic homes as well as plenty of conveniences very nearby (grocery, pharmacies, cafes, etc). The stairway to the upper floor is quite narrow, and it is a converted attic upstairs so it is probably best for kids because of the low ceiling in some parts. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the fire pit for making s’mores and hot dogs.
