My wife and I visited St.John’s to see friends and family. The location of our place was great and served well (but I knew it would be since I had grown up nearby). The view was great and parking was not difficult at all even if it was street parking. We also took in a show by the Spirit of Newfoundland which was a short walk away and a nice bonus.

We loved staying at suite #3; fantastic view, lots of room, many little details such as French press coffee and well- equipped kitchen ; neat area of the city. Parking pass was nice to have too! Thank you!

Arrived late afternoon and were able to park in front of the apartment which was a bonus. The trek up three flights was a bit much but we knew that going in. Very spacious rooms. The hand held shower was the best. Well appointed with all the kitchen utensils needed. The views were fabulous with the vista of the harbor, Signal Hill and old town St. John's laid out in front of us. The one small issue was the operation of the stove top range. I've never used one before and there were no instructions; even google or you tube didn't help. Took some time, but I persevered and figured it out. All in all excellent experience.

This property is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants - and the view is lovely from the deck! The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and out were very easy. We rented a car for a few days and it was always easy to find parking very close by.

A wonderful, charming apartment with great views of the Harbour and Signal Hill. The check in process was easy and though there were three flights of stairs, it wasn't a problem as we were prepared for that. The only advice which could have been clearer is which street to park on with the parking pass as we are not familiar with the Zone system in St. John's. Easy walking distance to The Rooms and downtown so once we parked, we didn't move the car! We would certainly stay there again.

It was a lovely character home that was spacious for 2 and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the amazing deck looking out towards the ocean and Signal Hill. The kitchen was also lovely and spacious.

The unit is quite large even though it is for only 2 people. Great location to walk to pretty much everything. But the best part is the private deck. I just could not get enough of the view. Im so spoiled by it, I'm not sure i could stay anywhere else.

Place was great nice and large. Close to lots of restaurant and sights. Place needs some TLC. We had a very hard time opening and closing our door to the room so we felt a bit unsafe with it. They definitely need to do some work on the door and lock.

Very much enjoyed my one-week stay, which was my first time in St John's after moving from out West. The place is exactly as pictured and described, and is very clean and cozy. Some of the spices and stuff provided in the kitchen could probably stand replacing, and having extra batteries available for the remotes might be an idea. But what do I know? It's the first time I've ever stayed in a place like this and, aside from those two minor complaints, I highly recommend it.

Notre appart était au 3e (pas d’ascenseur) avec une superbe vue sur St John’s et une très agréable terrasse. Propre, confortable, toutes les commodités, cuisine biien équipée. Tranquille, à proximité du centre-ville (a pieds), à quelques pas d’une boulangerie/café. Les photos reflètent bien l’appartement, mais il est encore mieux en réalité.

Great space in a great spot. It was clean, and comfortable. The view is great. The photos undersell the unit, its waaaaay brighter while you’re there. You’re a short walk to 90% of what you want to see, but just far enough away that you have a quiet sleep when you’re ready. I would stay again, and I would recommend.

This was an excellent choice for our visit to St John’s. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a magnificent view of the harbour. Kathie, our host was available and very helpful in getting us settled. Provided you can handle the stairs up to the apartment this is an excellent place to stay in St John’s.

Beau grand appartement, belle vue, très bien situé. Mais il y a eu des fêtes très bruyantes deux nuits sur quatre dans le bâtiment adjacent à la propriété, pas moyen de dormir avant deux trois heures du matin dans l'appartement 3.

View of the harbour was very nice. Location ideal, walk to restaurants and short drive to Signal Hill. Appt itself had nice size rooms. Only thing would be the couches were older and somewhat uncomfortable, other than that good place to stay to visit St-Johm's.

Very roomy with very nice couches and comfortable bed. Lots of food options, great pastry’s at Postmaster. Fantastic view of the harbour and nice size deck. Fantastic internet and TV options. This property is completely walkable for all things downtown if you have no mobility issues. Lots of stairs and steep hills. Loved it.

We loved our stay here! It’s ideally situated in downtown St. John’s, pretty much right in the middle of everything I like to do and see when I am here. Killer view of the narrows from your own private balcony. Actually seemed more spacious in person than in the pics. Comfy bed, clean, all amenities provided. Hope to stay again!

We just returned from 7 nights over the Christmas holidays. It was a perfect location as we loved walking around the beautiful heritage homes nearby that were so festively decorated. It was a quick walk to Quidi Vidi where the fireworks were held earning evening and then we could see the fireworks at midnight from Signal Hill. Close to all the restaurants as well. Kathie was very responsive to any questions.

We stayed three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The place is beautifully set up with lots of room plus such a wonderful view of the harbour. The kitchen have everything that we needed. I love to walk and found that I could easily walk to downtown, for groceries, and enjoy the streets. It took me about a half hour to walk to the Signal hill trail which is so incredible. It is an uphill climb from downtown but so worth it to have the fantastic view and lovely place

The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and out were very easy. We rented a car for a few days and it was always easy to find parking very close by.

The place was just a few mintues walk from downtown, the Rooms, and The Basilica, and had an excellent view of the Harbour. It was also quite roomy for 2 people. I would stay there agian the next time we are in St. John's.

A wonderful, charming apartment with great views of the Harbour and Signal Hill. The check in process was easy and though there were three flights of stairs, it wasn't a problem as we were prepared for that. The only advice which could have been clearer is which street to park on with the parking pass as we are not familiar with the Zone system in St. John's. Easy walking distance to The Rooms and downtown so once we parked, we didn't move the car! We would certainly stay there again.

Great communication, perfect area central to everything we wanted to see and do. Walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see. Great view from livingroom window and balcony. Very comfortable space and quiet building.Recommend.

Very roomy with very nice couches and comfortable bed. Lots of food options, great pastry’s at Postmaster. Fantastic view of the harbour and nice size deck. Fantastic internet and TV options. This property is completely walkable for all things downtown if you have no mobility issues. Lots of stairs and steep hills. Loved it.

This property had the most amazing views of the harbor in St. Johns and was in easy walking distance of many of the best things to do in the area. Kathie was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would say if there was one negative it would be the mattress; needs to be replaced as it is very soft and starting to sag to the center. Other than that issue, the suite was well stocked and had that old world feel that we were hoping for.

Easy booking experience. Great communication with host. Parking always available close by. Kichen had everything we needed to cook. Within walking distance of downtown. The unit is immaculate. Balcony off the bedroom overlooking the Port of St. John's. Absolutely stay here again while visiting our son.

This was an excellent choice for our visit to St John’s. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a magnificent view of the harbour. Kathie, our host was available and very helpful in getting us settled. Provided you can handle the stairs up to the apartment this is an excellent place to stay in St John’s.
