Hello! Our stay was generally good. Improvements that would help it be a great stay are, the rug needs to be removed. It is a tripping hazard it is so old and won't lay flat. The green carpet could use an updating and that would help it not smell so old and musty in there too. The kitchen sink water never got hot. Making it hard to clean the dishes. Other than those things it was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and we'll likely stay there again next year for Swiss Days.

What a treat to enjoy an updated, clean, comfortable unit at the Zermatt. We have stayed at the Zermatt many times for ski races at Soldier Hollow and have never had a unit as modern, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The only thing we would add is 1 additional pillow for the pull-out sofa bed and a coffee press for the kitchen. Thank you!

Very low quality experience. Their pool chemicals stained and ruined my swimsuit. Their point-of-sale system charged us DOUBLE for a massage. The steak restaurant and bakery were closed during to most of our stay; there were no signs on the doors. I called to confirm that the steak restaurant didn't need reservations, she said I should be fine. We walked there from our room only to see it dark, no staff or sign, and we had to get our meals in town anyways. We would've saved the money had we known we would have to go into town anyways. Everything was extremely inconvenient. Overall highly disappointing and not worth the money. We won't ever be going back.

The unit was as described. The bed was comfortable. The indoor hot tub at the resort however was not operational. I think this information should be conveyed when renting.
