This apartment is beautiful and is in a lovely location to explore San Marcos. The host and communication were excellent. We were a party of four adults and were extremely comfortable in the apartment. We had two cars at the location. There is one parking spot behind the building which we were able to use. Then the parking in front of the building is free for two hours, so we were able to move the car as needed. Thus, parking did not turn out to be an issue for us. My only recommendation is to put a regular coffee pot in the apartment. The Keurig worked okay but a regular coffee pot would have worked better our group.

We had a great time in the town square, Ivar's for lunch, Schlitterbaun, Patio Dolcetto for wine, etc. Very easy to use entry codes. Nice and comfortable furnishings and beds.
