The property was gorgeous and the property manager was so courteous and accommodating during the check in process. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival and the house was stocked with the essentials and more. There were plenty of towels, toiletries and even board games to play. The instructions and communication were prompt and detailed. I wish all bookings went this smoothly. Very enjoyable stay!

Great property … spacious and nice back yard. Couldn’t enjoy the backyard due to busy schedule. Hopefully next time. Had an issue at our arrival but it was corrected and taken care of quickly. Fast response. Will Definitely return!

The house was perfect for our group. The location, cleanliness, comfy living room and beds. The weather was under 100! Pool table and pet friendly a bonus. James quickly responded to all of my communication. Extremely pleased, will definitely stay here again.

What a nice house. It's not too small, but not too big either. It's a great house for small events, of which I had a birthday party here. There were people outback at the fire pit, people in the living room playing video games, people at the dining table playing card games, and people in the garage playing pool. It was such a nice way to celebrate my 30th. The house is very clean and organized, decorated nicely and minimally, comfy cozy beds and couch, nice bathrooms, tidy yard. Highly recommend!

My second time staying here. I love this location it’s in walking distance to everything you need and want. The property is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The cleaning personnel could do a little better job. Overall this is a very nice and reasonably home to stay in. A. Brewer, Texarkana, Tx.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery shopping! Bunk beds are pretty squeaky, noisy so if you or your kids are light sleepers might want to switch out for king bed! Bathrooms are small but decent. Cleanliness of property was average, we found old water bottles and linens washed with floor mats! Needless to say we didnt use that.

We had a nice weekend with family. Everything was centrally located. It was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. I suggest that this home is better suited for a small group not the large group we had. I stated for up to 10 max people. It was too many of us for that small space. I suggest that the house is better equipped with the basic necessities since we had to go out of our way and buy them (toilet paper, paper towels, propane, dish soap, hand soap etc ). Other then that, it was ok.

Came with family for a couple day stay for Spring Training. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood! The only thing that I’d have to mention is the listing states that the house sleeps 10, and has a queen, king,1 set of bunk bends and 2 futons. There were no futons. My son and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top, which could easily sleep 3 kids. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. So I would say this house comfortably sleeps 6. Would definitely stay again with less people! :)

The property met all our needs to host a family baby shower. There was some confusion about accessing the property because a code to unlock the door was not sent. Before contacting the host at about 4:15, on a whim, we tried the door. It was unlocked. We weren't notified that the door would be unlocked.

I stayed at Lavender Lane to attend a training event. I found the house very comfortable and well appointed. Although an illness prevented my family from joining me and I stayed by myself, I felt very safe in the neighbourhood and easily walked to pick up groceries and to the training event at Ahwatukee Country Club. James was very helpful with check in and information. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Everything was as described. This home is very well equipped to cook up some nice dinners. Location is great close to shopping etc. we thoroughly enjoyed the Troon Foothills course, a short drive from the property. We also walked the trails at the South Mountain Park with our pooch, lovely trails.

This is the cleanest house I’ve stayed at in 6+ years. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. The house is within a few miles of Target, many great restaurants and a movie theater. Check in and out was very easy as well. You won’t go wrong staying at this property!

My family went to the Phoenix area for a baseball tournament and to attend a few MLB Spring Training games.The house is located very close to tons of retail (Target and other stores) and lots of good restaurants, which is very convenient. It's also within a mile of a major highway - close enough to be super convenient without any extra noise.We really liked the house. It's clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for our family of four, with a very spacious living area and a nice kitchen. The washer and dryer are big enough to do very large loads and are both very quiet, which was greatly appreciated. Another nice amenity is the AC worked great, which was really nice to have since we experienced an unusually early heat wave during our stay.The host was excellent regarding communication from start to finish. Very much appreciated!
My family went to the Phoenix area for a baseball tournament and to attend a few MLB Spring Training games.The house is located very close to tons of retail (Target and other stores) and lots of good restaurants, which is very convenient. It's also within a mile of a major highway - close enough to be super convenient without any extra noise.We really liked the house. It's clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for our family of four, with a very spacious living area and a nice kitchen. The washer and dryer are big enough to do very large loads and are both very quiet, which was greatly appreciated. Another nice amenity is the AC worked great, which was really nice to have since we experienced an unusually early heat wave during our stay.The host was excellent regarding communication from start to finish. Very much appreciated!
