This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and very helpful. I really liked the backyard which is fenced in and safe for my dog. I believe the property is better in person than the photos. My family was visiting our son and from the momemt we arrived everything was on point. If I had questions, the owner was quick to repsond and was thorough with their answers. The home was clean and spacious for what we needed. Everyone had their own space. The outdoor patio in the rear of the home was cozy and we utilized the gas grill. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the airport. The home had plenty of amenities and supplies. When we return, we will do everything we can to stay here again.

From the time we arrived to the time we left(4days and nights) we could not have been any happier. With the red chairs and red door when we walked in the front door. The beautiful large living room, dining area, the kitchen was very spacious and very well stocked. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very large and nicely decorated. Just can’t say enough. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights last week and it was perfect for 2 couples! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing and the decor is bright and up to date. We really enjoyed the deck and outside area with the fruit trees. We picked a huge grapefruit and it was so good! Quick breakfasts were the only meals we prepared in the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked for cooking real meals. The location is good, near highways and within a 30 minute drive to everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The owners are quick to respond to questions and requests. We strongly recommend this property!

4 adults including 2 elderly parents stayed while packing up my parents for a move out of state. How delightful to walk into a VRBO that had coffee for the morning, great kitchen supplies and plenty of TP and towels for the stay. It felt like I was staying at a friends house, welcoming and comfortable. And the back yard was a delight for coffee or happy hour with hummingbirds darting around and big trees for screening and shade. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in over the last 12 years.

My family stayed 4 nights. I could not have found a nicer place to stay for our family. Plenty of space-we loved the outdoor sitting area where we enjoyed the privacy it offered as well as the beautiful landscaping. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We were able to cook in the kitchen or on the grill. I have stayed in several places and this was by far one of the most cleanest. I liked being able to part in the garage. I would highly recommend this home.

This home was very impressive and way more spacious than we expected based on the pictures. Kids loved playing on the patio and the neighborhood seemed very safe and well maintained. Definitely would recommend this property, but only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because it lacked a personal touch that many of the nicer places on VRBO (like this one) have.

I was staying in Chandler for my son's hockey tournament at the Ice Den. The property was absolutely amazing for this. It was a 4-minute drive to the Ice rink and had an incredible amount of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The house was well stocked for everything I needed, and the layout was perfect for watching football on Saturday and Sunday while cooking in the kitchen. The host was the best I've run across since I've been staying in VRBOs (10 years). Maricel was the best, check-in was easy, and I was allowed a late checkout until I needed to head to the airport. The neighbors were very nice, and the property was incredible. Overall, easily a five out of five. The next hockey tournament in AZ I will definitely re-book.

This was a great VRBO. Welcoming lay out , stocked with everything you need for a great stay. If you are a pet person completely enclosed backyard with a large welcoming porch and grill. Located conveniently to major freeways to get you around the valley

I was staying in Chandler for my son's hockey tournament at the Ice Den. The property was absolutely amazing for this. It was a 4-minute drive to the Ice rink and had an incredible amount of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The house was well stocked for everything I needed, and the layout was perfect for watching football on Saturday and Sunday while cooking in the kitchen. The host was the best I've run across since I've been staying in VRBOs (10 years). Maricel was the best, check-in was easy, and I was allowed a late checkout until I needed to head to the airport. The neighbors were very nice, and the property was incredible. Overall, easily a five out of five. The next hockey tournament in AZ I will definitely re-book.

Visited for ASU graduation. The McKemy House was an exceptional home away from home with everything we needed. We found the back patio to be a wonderful place to hangout. The location was perfect with shopping and great restaurants nearby.

The house is a great place to stay. It is very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and inviting. The furnishings were neat, clean, and comfortable. We stayed at this property for 4 nights last week and it was perfect for 2 couples! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing and the decor is bright and up to date. We really enjoyed the deck and outside area with the fruit trees. We picked a huge grapefruit and it was so good! Quick breakfasts were the only meals we prepared in the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked for cooking real meals. The location is good, near highways and within a 30 minute drive to everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The owners are quick to respond to questions and requests. We strongly recommend this property!

This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and very helpful. I really liked the backyard which is fenced in and safe for my dog. The house was spotless and they have everything you would need if you want to cook your own meals. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone needing a place in Chandler!

I believe the property is better in person than the photos. My family was visiting our son and from the momemt we arrived everything was on point. If I had questions, the owner was quick to repsond and was thorough with their answers. The home was clean and spacious for what we needed. Everyone had their own space. The outdoor patio in the rear of the home was cozy and we utilized the gas grill. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the airport. The home had plenty of amenities and supplies. When we return, we will do everything we can to stay here again.

From the time we arrived to the time we left(4days and nights) we could not have been any happier. With the red chairs and red door when we walked in the front door. The beautiful large living room, dining area, the kitchen was very spacious and very well stocked. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very large and nicely decorated. Just can’t say enough. Will definitely be back.

My family stayed 4 nights. I could not have found a nicer place to stay for our family. Plenty of space-we loved the outdoor sitting area where we enjoyed the privacy it offered as well as the beautiful landscaping. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We were able to cook in the kitchen or on the grill. I have stayed in several places and this was by far one of the most cleanest. I liked being able to part in the garage. I would highly recommend this home.

4 adults including 2 elderly parents stayed while packing up my parents for a move out of state. How delightful to walk into a VRBO that had coffee for the morning, great kitchen supplies and plenty of TP and towels for the stay. It felt like I was staying at a friends house, welcoming and comfortable. And the back yard was a delight for coffee or happy hour with hummingbirds darting around and big trees for screening and shade. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in over the last 12 years.

This home had everything you needed to accommodate a family vacation! Location was perfect, entertainment space in the backyard for the kids to play, dishes, coffee and condiments. You name it, this home was complete! My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

This is a nice property in a good neighborhood. They were accommodating and supplied a Pack & Play. We had difficulty communicating with the suggested number on the board and did not get a response via text. The dishwasher was unfortunately broke during our stay. It is a dog friendly property & the guests before us did not clean up the poop left in the rocks. There are lots of extra towels, pillows, blankets & dishes. The back deck area is relaxing with lots of birds.

The house was close to a bunch of stuff, gas stations, stores, etc.. clean and organized, had a stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware. 1 big room and 3 decent sized rooms that were clean and up-kept. 2 bathrooms with extra towels and some extra body wash, and shampo which was nice because I forgot soap. price was great for the two days, I’m definitely considering staying there again in October.
