OCEAN VIEW - TOP FLOOR

Fantastic view, walk to beach felt pleasant. Just the bathroom is kind of small, everything else was fine. Thank you!

Amenities were very good. Everything you need in a kitchen and then some. The bathroom up grades were very nice. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. There has been a water leak at some point and the ceiling has not been repaired. The pantry door tends to come off the track. The sliding glass is very hard to open thus the handle is loose. Putting that all aside the view is great!!! Sunrise view. Ease to the beach. Would I stay there again? Yes

The place was clean, had a good selection of kitchen equipment, plenty of space and seating. Yes, some things are dated but if you want to spend thousands and stay somewhere else that is more than your choice. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, the storage unit had tons for our family to use at the beach. Yes, there are some things that need repair as any rental unit will need over time but nothing that inhibited or was a detriment to our stay.

We have stayed at HHR before but this unit was even better with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk and with the windows open at night you could hear the waves. We had a great time, and the two bunk beds were amazing for our four kids! They love the indoor heated pool on chilly beach days

Parking was to far from the unit and finding parking is rough

Definitely a very family friendly location with an indoor pool to use on the inclement, or just too hot, days. The boardwalk can look intimidating in length, but it really is a pretty nice walk from the condos to the beach.

Overall good stay once we got checked in with condo access. Some check in codes given in the description were inaccurate and caused some delays but were later resolved. Ensure codes are accurate for condo door vs. storage unit. The condo is nice but could use some minor maintenence. Beach access was nice and resort amenities were very good. A little dated but good value.

My family of 6 came from Ohio to spend a week, June 29 -July 6. First, the pros. The location is absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony, overlooking the lagoon to the distant beach. If you wake up early enough, you can see the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The owner of the condo just renovated the entire place, and the finishes are very nice. My family and I have been coming to this resort 7+ years now and this is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed at. Clean and tidy, and most amenities you’ll probably need throughout the week are supplied. Communication with the owner was great most week, but one time we didn’t hear back for parking pass until Late that day. However, I do realize it was a holiday week and he may have been busy with family, etc. They have a storage unit below the condo supplied with two chairs, a wagon, and some beach toys to play with for the kids. We were told her was going to be an umbrella, but when we got there, apparently the past renters did not return it, lost it, or stolen. So my wife and I ended up buying two beach umbrellas for the week to take home. Cons: there were a few things out of the owners control that made our trip a bit inconvenient. For starters, HH head received a bunch of rain prior to our arrival and there was a leak in the roof. Dropped all week. Also, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher didn’t work. All 1st world problems. Not a big deal. We live through it and the week was fantastic.

First off it was filthy. The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and he replaced it with a chain. There is what appears to be a hole in the floor that at anytime will give. We had no power initially then while we were at the beach he had people enter the room without our permission with all of our belonging in it to correct the power issue. Now my son’s apple headphones are missing and the host will not respond back to me. This guy is a real piece of work.

We loved this location and Thiago was very responsive. He includes a beach wagon, which is helpful. That said, this unit is in desperate need of repairs and this impacted our enjoyment of the property. There is a hole in the floor and water stains on the ceiling. The bunk beds are missing multiple screws, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The fan and light is on the same frequency as another fan near by in another unit. The lights would turn on randomly in the middle of the night when the other people turned on their fan and lights. It was very frustrating. You are provided with the very basics and there is no salt or pepper (bring your own!). The toilet paper holder is broken and the whole unit really needs paint. It just feels like updating and maintaining this rental is not a priority. We did like the resort and would come back and stay in another unit.

There was a hole in the ceiling with water dripping all over the table below. Owner said he didn’t know about it but maintenance said it had been like that for weeks. It was never repaired. Mold was growing on the ceiling. Bed sheets were dirty. They were covered in sand. The owner kept remotely turning up the AC on the Nest thermostat. There were exposed electrical wires in utility closet. We demanded partial refund of the cost to stay but no reply. There also appears to be an open permit for work that was posted on the window indicating that the recent work on the unit may not be up to code and dangerous.

The place was very clean, the host was kind and helpful, and the ocean view was amazing from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Was grateful that the condo had everything we needed. It’s not often that a vacuum and mop were available to keep things tidy. Even had a small hand vac. Enjoyed a good nights sleep after much fun in the sun. The own was easily reachable and very friendly and prompt. Would definitely rent from him again.

My boyfriend and I took the kids on a quick getaway for their 4 day weekend from school. This place was PERFECT. The view from the balcony and seclusion that you feel sitting out there is relaxing. The location was incredible, as we were literally within a 2-3 minute drive from pretty much anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and would use them again should we go back to Hilton Head.

Condo is in a great spot (corner condo, little noise). Everything was as expected.

The property is pretty nice, with a nice view, but we had a few issues. First, some of the mattresses need replacing, as they are so broken down that we sank in about 5 inches. I slept on the couch as the beds hurt my back so much (I tried 2 different ones.) Communication with the owner wasn't great. We had trouble with the television, and although he said he would send someone to look at it, no one ever came. We also had some conflicting check-in/out instructions.

Family trip to the beach, we wanted ocean view and this location delivered. Modern decor and nicely equipped

The rental had a lot of issues. 1. no forks 2. hole in floor leading to hall 3. sliding door handle needs repaired. 4. no coffee 5. no battery cover to the remote in the bedroom 6. beds were very noisy

Everything was amazing. We've stayed in this complex a few times and itnis a great spot and a great deal.
