Napili Village Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to have a nice and relaxing vacation. My room was very spacious...with a balcony, big windows, big bed plus a day bed, and kitchen. it has its own parking. it's like a 2 minute walk to Napili Bay beach...which is awesome (nice calm waters...good for swimming and snorkeling). it is also just about a 5 minute walk to Kapalua Bay beach (also just as beautiful as Napili Bay beach). there's a cafe and snorkel rental shop next door, which is very convenient. there are some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. if you want to go to Whaler's village (with more shopping and eateries), it's just a 15 minute drive. But there's also a local commercial plaza with shops and all just 5 minutes away. Napili Village hotel is located in a very beautiful and serene area. the property is clean and well maintained. Its staff is also very friendly and great at communicating. I would stay here again, for sure.

This property offers an outstanding value! While it is not ON the beach, it is so close you can walk there in one minute. The area beaches are all easily accessible and there are so many good little hidden food spots within walking distance. The upstairs room was big and offered a nice balcony with excellent views of the sunset and some of the ocean. There was a basic kitchen with all the utensils for cooking. Water in the shower had great pressure and was hot. The pool and leisure room were excellent too. And the staff was very accommodating and friendly, including the staff at the awesome little coffee and snack shop and the beach gear rental spot. The bed was very comfortable and there was a day bed available in the living room that was a great spot to relax. Could not be happier for the this spot and will for sure be back!

Location is a big plus-next to the beach. It’s open for the public and crowded. The parking is limited. The place is outdated and needs renovation. The beach equipment-chairs and umbrella were broken. The office was closed on morning and afternoons.

Very nice, low key, good maintained landscape old hotel with free parking, pool, ohana room and BBQ and laundry facilities. Our room got a little view of Napili bay, good size balcony, cool AC, Freezer and fridge and full kitchen. Bed mattress is firm. Dont use the pull out sofa so no comment. We loved our stay at Napili Village Hotel. It was everything we wanted. Close to beautiful beach, coastal trail hike, pineapple hill-hike. Room had a full kitchen, deck. Nice walk to Napili village. Pool was perfect. This hotel is small, family run and exactly what we were looking for. Mahalo !!

I know this is a small family-owned property but I can’t recommend it. I’m the kind of person who wipes down surfaces when I arrive and keeps all the food in the fridge. Not quite halfway through my stay I found a roach on the kitchen floor, just a few feet from my bed. There is only housekeeping twice a week, and no one at the front desk after 4:30 or on weekends. I texted them and asked to be moved to another room. They said all they could offer was housekeeping to come by and a refund if I wanted to leave. And maybe I let the roach in? And oh, they’d be out of cellphone range for hours. I debated staying but ended up moving to an outrageously expensive alternative, which kept me up at night for different reasons, but at least it was clean and I didn’t have to worry about anything crawling into my bags or my bed.. There are better alternatives with windows that block sound and a/c that doesn’t have black mold surrounding it.

I loved the cleanliness, in spite of it being older. It is close to Napili Beach, and it is so convenient to have a kitchen. It is quiet for the most part. One night we heard people being loud, even after quiet hours. That is not the hotel’s fault though.

They need to hire new property managers and whoever is running it now needs to go. It's a total lipstick on a pig place. They have a nice pool and grounds, and furnishings , but the whole place needs to be redone from the inside out. The hotel management doesn't seem to care about offering clean bathrooms as the one we stayed in had mold in it and the tile was so worn down that a KOA campground would have been cleaner than what we got. The carpets smell really bad and mildewy, the stove is original and is rusting , the beds are super stiff. Management is not interested in taking action or true accountability and lightly cared about the condition of the room when it was addressed to them. The only thing going for it is its closeness to the beach and the pool. It has a lot of potential but the owners/management don't seem to care. Oh and the hotel front desk people leave about an hour after check-in so if you have issues with your room, you have to wait till the next day when they return. It's the kind of place that probably has bed bugs , glad we didn't stay long.

Okay, very clean(linens, towels, kitchen etc). Mostly quiet (if you very sensitive choose second floor room). Beautiful(garden view)/private balcony situation. Steps to amazing beach, less than 0,5 ml to grocery store.Most of restaurants closed at 9 pm( rest of them at 8).There is no TV in the room, so bring proper device to entertain yourself.Overall very very nice, strongly recommended!Mahalo Napili !

The 1st thing that stands out is the age of the property. Not many upgrades, say if after a great day at the beach or seeing the sites, you get back its dark out, you want to relax and catch some TV, not here, no TV, old carpet also was sketchy at best. The mattress was pretty good. Nice staff on site. You’re still in Maui, so be happy.

The view from the room was restful and spectacular — could see Lanai island, the ocean, and the tops of plumeria trees and palm trees. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the short stroll— 2-3 minutes to Napili beach. The bed was a little firmer than we are accustomed to, but we still rested well.

Our stay couldn’t have been any better, the staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. I have to give a shout out to LeAnn, she was super awesome. We love area because it wasn’t so huge in finding our way round the facilities. Thank you all, for a wonderful stay. I also like the ideal of no TV, I didn’t miss it all, too much to do on the island.

We loved our stay at Napili Village Hotel. It was everything we wanted. Close to beautiful beach, coastal trail hike, pineapple hill-hike. Room had a full kitchen, deck. Nice walk to Napili village. Pool was perfect. This hotel is small, family run and exactly what we were looking for. Mahalo !!

Our stay couldn’t have been any better, the staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. I have to give a shout out to LeAnn, she was super awesome. We love area because it wasn’t so huge in finding our way round the facilities. Thank you all, for a wonderful stay. I also like the ideal of no TV, I didn’t miss it all, too much to do on the island.

I know this is a small family-owned property but I can’t recommend it. I’m the kind of person who wipes down surfaces when I arrive and keeps all the food in the fridge. Not quite halfway through my stay I found a roach on the kitchen floor, just a few feet from my bed. There is only housekeeping twice a week, and no one at the front desk after 4:30 or on weekends. I texted them and asked to be moved to another room. They said all they could offer was housekeeping to come by and a refund if I wanted to leave. And maybe I let the roach in? And oh, they’d be out of cellphone range for hours. I debated staying but ended up moving to an outrageously expensive alternative, which kept me up at night for different reasons, but at least it was clean and I didn’t have to worry about anything crawling into my bags or my bed.. There are better alternatives with windows that block sound and a/c that doesn’t have black mold surrounding it.

We appreciated and enjoyed the privacy of the garden view room where we stayed. The rooms were breezy and had everything we needed. We would order a little lunch from the Island Vibes deli and enjoy it in the lovely Ohana at the hotel. The staff was friendly, warm, and accomodating. We are coming back soon!

Napili Village was absolutely amazing. The location was great, the services outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. It was a little slice of paradise. The bed was very hard and not overly comfortable, but that was our only minus in a whole LOT of plusses!

This “hotel” is actually an apartment for locals and should not be advertised as a comparable to the surrounding hotels which are lovely. Poorly kept up and attended, I got major attitude when I did try to get anything from staff. They close at 4! And will not help after that! I won’t be back nor will my friends

While it may not be for folks wanting a luxury stay it was perfect for us. Feels like old school Hawaii. The beach is steps away and lovely and safe. Very quiet and private and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very nice coffee shop on the premises. The room was very clean and there was very good communication with the hotel for late check in. We hope to be back😃

This property offers an outstanding value! While it is not ON the beach, it is so close you can walk there in one minute. The area beaches are all easily accessible and there are so many good little hidden food spots within walking distance. The upstairs room was big and offered a nice balcony with excellent views of the sunset and some of the ocean. There was a basic kitchen with all the utensils for cooking. Water in the shower had great pressure and was hot. The pool and leisure room were excellent too. And the staff was very accommodating and friendly, including the staff at the awesome little coffee and snack shop and the beach gear rental spot. The bed was very comfortable and there was a day bed available in the living room that was a great spot to relax. Could not be happier for the this spot and will for sure be back!

Great place to stay. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach where sitting on the beach, you can see whales breaching out of the water. There is an excellent restaurant that overlooks the beach and ocean a few hundred yards away. The room has a full kitchen and nice shower. If you are tired of the ocean, they have a nice pool you can swim in. The location is great, although it is a bit from the road to Hana. But I prefer this area over being closer to Hana. Be aware, no TV, but you didn't come to Maui for TV.

It was cozy staying! It was not well equipped in the kitchen, it needed more stuff like more pans They had only one small one so it took longer to make meals! Other than that it was good. We had an amazing view! We enjoyed it very much.

Before we arrived there was a communication problem because no one was answering the phone so we could ask simple questions. When we arrived we had purchased groceries and went to put them in the refrigerator that wasn’t working, so our food was going to spoil because there was no one to answer the phone! We couldn’t get the shower to work because the handle was nearly impossible to pull on and the shower head was ready to fall off! Also the website said that there was a queen bed along with a roll away bed which was needed because we were going to have two visitors for a couple of days, but there was a twin size couch instead! We were forced to stay there for the night but had to find other accommodations in the morning! They have refused to give any kind of refund and have kept our 23 hundred plus dollars! I would only recommend that place to someone that I truly dislike!

We couldn’t get the shower to work because the handle was nearly impossible to pull on and the shower head was ready to fall off! Also the website said that there was a queen bed along with a roll away bed which was needed because we were going to have two visitors for a couple of days, but there was a twin size couch instead! We were forced to stay there for the night but had to find other accommodations in the morning! They have refused to give any kind of refund and have kept our 23 hundred plus dollars! I would only recommend that place to someone that I truly dislike!

Loved the room! It was clean and comfortable. Also loved how close it was to the beach! Just a walking distance like 2-3min walk! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
