Amazing stay at this well stocked and perfectly located home. Slept 6 adults and 4 kids with the addition of our camping cots. Kitchen had everything we needed and grill was helpful for meals. Perfect back yard for dog and kids to play. Comfortable outdoor seating that allowed us to enjoy the weather and each other’s company. Will stay again.

Great location, lots of on street parking (we brought our boats so that was a bonus. Home is as expected and as described. Only reason I didn’t give this VRBO 5 overall stars was b/c one of the beds was a blow up mattress. Home is listed for “sleeps 8” I don’t find that as an acceptable bed option- so that was disappointing. Only other complaint was we cooked from home each night and the kitchen was very sparse. Compared to other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at this home had minimal bowls/cooking utensils and the propane grill in the back yard needs to be replaced or repaired- burner on the right doesnt ignite.

We loved this property so much!! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The owners had a portable AC unit for added comfort, the basement area was perfect for all the kids (had its own separate bathroom!) and the location was perfect for our getaway to Silverwood!! They did such a good job with this property—the backyard was large and we enjoyed dinner on the large patio one night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The home was spotless and even though it was raining, we could see how amazing the backyard and back porch would be to use! The beds are very comfortable. This was the perfect home for us to stay in. It was next to everything we needed (resort & college) for a 4 day Republican convention. All the ladies loved it! Kristi was the perfect host and super easy to work with! House was very clean and we all loved the decor. Plenty of parking too!

Amazing location! 5 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and there was a portable ac that kept the house cool. Had a big fenced yard for dogs and a spacious basement. We walked dogs around the neighborhood every night and it was very quiet. Definitely staying here again.

This is second year coming to Coeur D’Alene with our kids, my brother and my parents. This house was great for our group, there were tons of games and the kids loved the x box. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. You can walk downtown, to Safeway etc, the location is great! 10/10 would recommend this property for a family getaway!

The home was spotless and even though it was raining, we could see how amazing the backyard and back porch would be to use! The beds are very comfortable. This was our second stay but not our last. This little house lives large. Three nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A huge family room in the basement. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is well located. We love staying at this little red house.

It's fine for a quick stay while visiting Silverwood and the lake. The only complaints I have are: the cookware could be better (pots and pans are pretty bad), and there needs to be blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. There is nothing to keep the sun from coming through the windows early in the morning. That was very annoying. We were exhausted from being woken up too early. The neighborhood is quiet though.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a very large tv system in the basement which made for fun movie watching on a big comfortable couch. Adequate kitchen supplies and nice W/D setup. My only recommendation would be that the owners upgrade the curtains in the house. The sheer curtains over the front window don't provide much privacy and the bedrooms have odd half length curtains so there is no way to block out the neighbors porch light or the sun if desired.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a very large tv system in the basement which made for fun movie watching on a big comfortable couch. The property was nice and was mostly as expected except the listing had stated 4 beds available and there is actually only 3 so though the property says it can accommodate 8 it can really only accommodate 6 if people double up. I would recommend updating your listing. Other than that is was an excellent place to stay.

"Big Red" is a great family friendly place. We traveled with three kids ages 3-9. They loved having the basement and backyard to play. The baby gate seperating the upstairs/downstairs was great for our daring toddler. We really appreciated the blankets stashed in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The location was great, quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Overall, a great experience and we hope to stay again one day.
"Big Red" is a great family friendly place. We traveled with three kids ages 3-9. They loved having the basement and backyard to play. Needs longer curtains in bedrooms, Need A slip matt for tub and least but not last, We ran out of toilet paper, I called the property manager,he told me that the cleaning company would bring some.to us but never happened so we had to buy own. I would rate this as a 9 out of 10. Thank You. The Anderson and Pals families.

The house is an updated older home with a great basement in an area that makes it easy to get to downtown, the freeways and beyond. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also plenty of parking for guests.

Amazing location! 5 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and there was a portable ac that kept the house cool. Had a big fenced yard for dogs and a spacious basement. We walked dogs around the neighborhood every night and it was very quiet. Definitely staying here again.

Ol' Red is a cute, comfortable house with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We cooked, ate, relaxed and watched movies. The downstairs area is great for watching movies & playing games. It's located a little farther from the heart of town than we would have preferred but we were there in the winter so walking in the cold and weather isn't as comfortable as in other seasons.

This is second year coming to Coeur D’Alene with our kids, my brother and my parents. This house was great for our group, there were tons of games and the kids loved the x box. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. You can walk downtown, to Safeway etc, the location is great! 10/10 would recommend this property for a family getaway!

Check in was very easy. The accommodations were very well equipped. The house had everything you needed. Nice coffee maker, tea for some of us, and a small ice chest for the park, lake or river, Beach towels that we used and cleaned, lots of blankets, plenty of rooms for everyone, and stands for our luggage. I can go on and on. The home is one for the books. The owners thought of everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay on your beautiful home.

This was our second stay but not our last. This little house lives large. Three nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A huge family room in the basement. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is well located. We love staying at this little red house.

Amazing stay at this well stocked and perfectly located home. Slept 6 adults and 4 kids with the addition of our camping cots. Kitchen had everything we needed and grill was helpful for meals. Perfect back yard for dog and kids to play. Comfortable outdoor seating that allowed us to enjoy the weather and each other’s company. Will stay again.

Great location, lots of on street parking (we brought our boats so that was a bonus. Home is as expected and as described. Only reason I didn’t give this VRBO 5 overall stars was b/c one of the beds was a blow up mattress. Home is listed for “sleeps 8” I don’t find that as an acceptable bed option- so that was disappointing. Only other complaint was we cooked from home each night and the kitchen was very sparse. Compared to other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at this home had minimal bowls/cooking utensils and the propane grill in the back yard needs to be replaced or repaired- burner on the right doesnt ignite.

We just loved the 5 pines, Beautiful older home that has been wonderfully re-modeled. The 5 Pines was well stocked with everything that we needed, conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown. Highly recommend the 5 Pines when visiting Couer d'Alene as you won't be disappointed.

We loved this home. The neighborhood was so nice and well cared for and extremely quiet! The home was spotless and even though it was raining, we could see how amazing the backyard and back porch would be to use! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with lots of extras so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The basement is HUGE! Wished we had more people staying with us to take advantage of this area. Great communication with owners. Would love to stay here again. Literally 5 minutes from downtown!

The house was a nice place to stay but there could have been a few things to make it more comfortable. The step up into the house is not a standard height and is very difficult to maneuver. It would be really nice to have coffee and at least powdered creamer available. The lack of curtains in the king room was very disconceting as well as the see through curtains in the living room. The only other thing was the lack of a table or dresser in the king room. I had no where to set my things.

A great spot for 6 adults to gather. The kitchen was well equipped and the downstairs shower was great. Nick was an attentive host who answered any questions we had. This place is close to a grocery store, the beach and downtown.

Property was clean! Beds were comfortable! Lots of extra room downstairs. Close to everything, including the Kootenai County Fairgrounds which is where we wrte all weekend for a trade show! Will look into renting again in the next several months!Note-Kitchen could use some more items, like casserole dishes, serving dishes, rubbermaid.

This is one of the best set up properties we have ever stayed at. It was beyond well equipped. Everything was spotless on arrival. The street is so quiet, and the area is perfect for walking or biking to the waterfront or downtown. It is almost too close to Midtown and the Panhandle Ice Cream shop.

Central location for all our activities. Well stocked and clean kitchen, great host, large backyard,, comfy seating on porch, and comfy beds. Older decor and steps upstairs were steep. Some rooms newly renovated. Reasonably priced for this part of town.
