Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the park and beach. Lots of room, very clean, and has all that you need (including a Keurig). I’m very picky and was extremely happy with this home. We will definitely stay again if we head back to Gulf Shores.

We loved staying here. Plenty of space for family of 5, could’ve slept many more, loved having 4 bathrooms. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, nice linens. Short walk to the beach and not too crowded because you’re at the end by the state park. Easy to drive to restaurants but also nice and removed to just stay in. Pool nice added plus. Loved overlooking the park. Would stay again!

We had a great week at Lance's cottage. The kitchen was very nicely appointed, comfy beds and great living space. Many thoughtful touches throughout...laundry detergent, soaps in each bathroom, extra refrigerator in the laundry room, pillows and throws on the couches, etc. The cottage had views of Gulf SP as well as the Gulf of Mexico. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was wonderful! Given that it abuts Gulf State Park, the beach was much less crowded than just a couple hundred of yards West. Lance was very responsive to questions, and recommended a great restaurant, Tin Top. It's about a 20 minute drive but well worth it! The convenience of Gulf SP is great; 28 miles of hiking/biking trails, a huge dog park, and great beach access. You will not be disappointed!

Close to the park and quiet ocean view. Not too far from the beach. A wagon and some chairs for guests to use. The kids loved the pool. The home is warm and inviting and relaxing. We loved it.

Beautiful new home. Very nicely furnished. The pool is right next to this unit, which is a plus. The unit is on the quiet end of Gulf Shores, next to the state park, but a very short drive to many restaurants. Easy and fast communication with the owners; they were extremely nice to work with.

We booked this on a whim two days before driving down and it was everything we could have expected. So much room for all the kids to figure out their sleep parties, comfortable beds for the parents, and an amazing kitchen to cook in! We actually came under tornado warnings and had some really horrible weather however, the house was sturdy and insulated so we could barely hear it inside. The pool was perfect for all our kids (16-1) and they loved having the option to jump in the pool or cross the street to the beach. We definitely look forward to being back soon!

This was the perfect house for our trip! More than enough sleeping space for our 4 adults and 5 kids, right across the street from beach access. Right next to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus! Easy to run in for bathroom breaks or to refrigerated items. Check in was simple, house was clean, property manager was a text or phone call away and replied almost immediately. We have nothing bad to say about this property!

I loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful. It was right next to the pool so the older grandkids would swim while I set on the porch and could watch them. I loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Even my two three year old grand babies loved it so much they cried when we had to leave.

This amazing beach house was big enough for the 18 guess I had. It is in a perfect area across from the beach. The balcony view was awesome. The house was clean, neat, and organized. It had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again.

We were very impressed with the beautiful accommodations at this beach house in Gulf Shores! Had everything we needed and was beautiful interior & exterior, and was very clean! Super close to the Gulf State Park Pier and walking distance to the beautiful beaches!!! Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed the house. We were there dor our daughter's tournament in Foley. Beautiful, cut home and perfect for what we needed. I will say a talk needs to be held with the cleaning crew about minor thoing, but when comunicated with owner things were handled promptly. Thank you!

We loved the property and location. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and it was convenient to everything. The property was well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck while drinking our coffee. We would stay here again.

We loved our time in this house. The interior was spacious and new and so lovely. We were able to walk to the beach after we crossed the street. It was about a 4 minute walk. We were close to all the entertainment and my son loved the pool. We will be trying one of the other properties soon.

This was a beautiful property and very comfortable. We had our daughter’s family with us and we each had a master bedroom and bathroom. There is bedding for a very large group, and 4 full baths. We could watch the pool from the balcony. Only downside is the dishes were not microwaveable. Lots of dishes but only two small containers could be used in the microwave. So that can be resolved by bringing paper plates.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. With three bedrooms, 3 hall bunks, and four bathrooms, everyone was comfortable The owner has a beach wagon which was a blessing! We had a wonderful family vacation!

We stayed here because it was close to the Lodge where we had family staying. We normally prefer to be right on the beach but this was a nice quiet location right on the edge of the park so we enjoyed sitting on the East facing deck and watching the sunrise. This is a new house and the beds were clean and comfortable.

The house was beautiful and so well maintained. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a 4 lane to get to the beach but it was extremely easy to cross. The food around the location was phenomenal as well. We could not have asked for anything more from Lance and Courtney. They were so fast with communication responses and extremely friendly!

The location and physical property was great. Unfortunately, we were provided with the incorrect door code which made checkin not a positive experience. I called the provided number and spoke with 2 different women…both were convinced we were entering the code incorrectly…when they realized the provided code was incorrect they suddenly became more helpful. Had issues with the upstairs thermostat…it was HOT! A maintenance person was sent out…he was very helpful. Do no think we would book here again,

My husband, 2 dogs, and I stayed for a month. We stayed at the end of January through the end of February. It was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and the views were amazing. Everyone in Gulf Shores is so friendly. The beach is the cleanest most beautiful beach I have ever seen. While we were staying we had an issue with the power going out. We contacted Lance and he came over right away and fixed the issue. This was an all-around great experience. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking. I could only give 5 stars but if I could give 10 I would!

We had a wonderful trip to Gulf Shores and were very comfortable in this house with our family of four. The views are lovely and the house had everything we needed. The only challenge for us was the bit of a trek to the beach in the very hot weather, and especially crossing the road with no crosswalk. It would be great if the city added a crosswalk. Overall, it was great!

We had a great week at Lance's cottage. The kitchen was very nicely appointed, comfy beds and great living space. Many thoughtful touches throughout...laundry detergent, soaps in each bathroom, extra refrigerator in the laundry room, pillows and throws on the couches, etc. The cottage had views of Gulf SP as well as the Gulf of Mexico. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was wonderful! Given that it abuts Gulf State Park, the beach was much less crowded than just a couple hundred of yards West. Lance was very responsive to questions, and recommended a great restaurant, Tin Top. It's about a 20 minute drive but well worth it! The convenience of Gulf SP is great; 28 miles of hiking/biking trails, a huge dog park, and great beach access. You will not be disappointed!

Close to the park and quiet ocean view. Not too far from the beach. A wagon and some chairs for guests to use. The kids loved the pool. The home is warm and inviting and relaxing. We loved it.

We were very impressed with the beautiful accommodations at this beach house in Gulf Shores! Had everything we needed and was beautiful interior & exterior, and was very clean! Super close to the Gulf State Park Pier and walking distance to the beautiful beaches!!! Highly recommend!!!

We loved our time in this house. The interior was spacious and new and so lovely. We were able to walk to the beach after we crossed the street. It was about a 4 minute walk. We were close to all the entertainment and my son loved the pool. We will be trying one of the other properties soon.

This was the perfect house for our trip! More than enough sleeping space for our 4 adults and 5 kids, right across the street from beach access. Right next to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus! Easy to run in for bathroom breaks or to refrigerated items. Check in was simple, house was clean, property manager was a text or phone call away and replied almost immediately. We have nothing bad to say about this property!

We certainly enjoyed our stay! Very clean and easy to get to! We would definitely rent again! I would tell future renters that you do have to walk across a major 4 lane highway with no crosswalk or light to stop traffic to access the beach!

We stayed here because it was close to the Lodge where we had family staying. We normally prefer to be right on the beach but this was a nice quiet location right on the edge of the park so we enjoyed sitting on the East facing deck and watching the sunrise. This is a new house and the beds were clean and comfortable.

The house was beautiful and so well maintained. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a 4 lane to get to the beach but it was extremely easy to cross. The food around the location was phenomenal as well. We could not have asked for anything more from Lance and Courtney. They were so fast with communication responses and extremely friendly!

We loved staying here. Plenty of space for family of 5, could’ve slept many more, loved having 4 bathrooms. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, nice linens. Short walk to the beach and not too crowded because you’re at the end by the state park. Easy to drive to restaurants but also nice and removed to just stay in. Pool nice added plus. Loved overlooking the park. Would stay again!

Beautiful new home. Very nicely furnished. The pool is right next to this unit, which is a plus. The unit is on the quiet end of Gulf Shores, next to the state park, but a very short drive to many restaurants. Easy and fast communication with the owners; they were extremely nice to work with.

The beach house was just as described and perfect for our family trip to enjoy the beach wand watching our youngest daughter play soccer in Foley. The home was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool right outside the home was even better. My husband grilled one night and we enjoyed our meal at the big table together. I personally loved the large balcony with the great view. Restaurants and grocery stores are very easy to get to and not far away at all. Lance was very kind and easy to communicate with. We recommend this beautiful home and plan to come back asap.

The stay was awesome and convenient to everything Gulf Shores has to offer, the kids loved the pool, we also loved how new the beach house was and updated, the only thing I complained about was how tight the parking was under the beach house piers, I know there’s not much that can be done about that but for future reference if you have bigger vehicles it’s very tight getting in and out but manageable. Would definitely stay again.
