Beachfront Gulf Shores Condo w/ Pool

Had 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Getting around was Easy. Condo excellent and the view amazing I absolutely would return.

We have been coming to Crystal tower for several years, it is our favorite place to stay. This unit was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved having Roku on the T.Vs and we spent alot of time on the balcony. This unit is on the 10th floor about center of the building so the views are awesome! Love the Skywalk also. The pools and hot tub/ spas are really nice. Can't wait for next time♥️.

We loved the property and the pools, hot tubs and air conditioned walkway. The gym was also very nice.

I loved the area and amenities. The pools were awesome! Very nice facility. The condo was decent enough and accommodated our needs. The balcony view was very nice! I enjoyed my morning coffee out there every day. The only drawback was the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. You can tell it’s an older bed. But overall, we enjoyed it!

Despite current construction, our stay was pleasant with minimal noise and we had full access to the breezeway, beach access and all pools/hotubs. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo's proximity to everything, just 5-10 minutes away, was a significant advantage. Having three pools to choose from was also a notable benefit. This condo stood out from others in the complex due to its direct beach view. The bedroom's patio door, which led directly onto the patio, was another appreciated feature. We disagreed with previous reviews regarding the primary bed's comfort, we loved it. I'm guessing its new. We loved it so much we took the sheets off trying to find out what brand it was so we could purchase one for home. No complaints at all. We certainly plan to return.

Loved the location of this condo and access to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. Gulf Shores is such a fun place with lots of great food and things to do. This condo could use some improvement with cleanliness and noise levels. The main pool tended to have lots of people by late morning, recommend going to the smaller pool.

I loved all of the amenities of this condo. Indoor pool, sauna, workout area, two outdoor pools with hot tubs. The walkway across the road was nice. Beds were comfortable and overall we would stay there again. Could use some updates to the bathrooms.

Set up is great and the view is just like in the photo, just better! The place is clean enough and decorated okay- but if you don't plan to stay in your room much, it's more than adequate. Otherwise, the fixtures have some rust and dust, living room and kitchen furniture seems placed hodgepodge. Love the deck! Bring your own TP for comfort. No extras in kitchen like coffee pods, spices, etc., so you need all that if you plan to cook or drink coffee. You can't take the provided beach cart through the big tunnel. You can't take take it outside across the street then into the pool area with the gate code to get to the beach gate. Awkward. Beach umbrella doesn't work well. We did not try the big canopy, but it would be nice. All the beach supplies are a plus, but no beach towels; 2 beach chairs. Loved the pools and hot tubs! The beach is great, too (if no purple flag/marine pests like jellyfish). We drive to Pensacola one of the days, as they had green flags (mild and no jellyfish).

The condo 906 was a great stay. Ample room. Easy stroll to the beach via the crosswalk; the only way to enter, by the way. We did not realize this and crossed the street from the ground, had to turn around and use the elevator...lesson learned! The larger pool had a maintenance issue after the first day of our stay, but no problem, there are two pools! I personally came for the beach, but used the smaller pool and hot tub (amazing). I would recommend using this unit. My biggest negative would be THE WORST TOILET PAPER EVER... Don't be worried to rent this Condo.

This was a short weekend trip for gymnastics meet so didn’t spend much time in the room, but the room was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Overall I think this is a good location with easy beach access. I just did not feel the condo was very clean. A lot of the furnishings and pillows had stains and signs of wear. Shower curtains had visible mold. I realize you are at the beach and it is difficult to keep these types of properties in good shape, but it was a little gross.

Crystal Towers is an amazing, family-friendly condo with stunning views and a fun pool accessible via a sky bridge, making trips to the pool and beach convenient. There are plenty of families and kids to interact with, and the location is safe, offering nearby family-friendly activities such as mini golf, bumper cars, bumper boats, a waterpark, dolphin cruises, and more. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the condo itself. The beds were awful—some of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on—and they lacked mattress covers, which is a hygiene issue. The pillows were lumpy and didn't have covers either, which is another hygiene concern. The condo and appliances are very dated. Some of the glasses in the cabinets had water stains and fingerprints. The ice maker was malfunctioning, and the dryer took two to three cycles to get clothes dry. There were also not enough hooks and towel rods to hang up wet clothes. The condo did not include complimentary items such as Keurig pods, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, or clothes hangers. Beach towels and a beach bag, which are standard at other beach rentals I’ve stayed at, were also not provided. This lack of amenities felt particularly cheap and unwelcoming. The property manager needs to review and properly manage this property. Overall, while I would stay at Crystal Towers again, I would not return to this specific condo unless significant upgrades are made.

The condo was as pictured and clean. The property was nicely kept with several pool options and easy beach access. Will definitely book this property in the future.

The place is very clean it is big comfortable with a lot of space perfect for a family of 6 the pools are clean it is recommended

The apartment was sufficient for our family of four. The bathrooms were the nicest part - very spacious. The kitchen was supplied with all the reasonable resources we needed. There were a few snafus. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa—found that out on night one after driving all day. The Keurig did not work—found that out on our first morning. Both of these issues were resolved by the afternoon of our first full day. Then we discovered the dryer didn’t work. That issues wasn’t resolved until the afternoon before we checked out. (We were there for a week.) aside from that, the pools and facilities were clean and nice. There were lots of young families but we never felt crowded. The patio was very comfortable. Loved being able to see the ocean and the waterway. We had a quiet and restful week.

This was our first time staying at Crystal Tower. It was booked as a last minute Fall Break trip. The condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions nearby. The room is just off the elevator on the 9th floor, so it was easily accessible. The elevators did get crowded at times, but nothing over a 5-10 minute wait. The beach is just a short walk, but the covered (and air conditioned) walkway made it nice. The condo itself was clean upon arrival. The master bedroom was comfortable with a large bathroom and closet. The second bedroom ms mattress was not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be upgraded to something with more cushion. The AC was cold all throughout the condo other than the second bedroom. It was always warmer in there. The bedding/ comforter in all the bedrooms was very thin! Hardly any weight. And no extra bedding or blankets throughout the condo. We ended up having to buy extra comforters. Also, the toaster was not working. Not a big deal, just couldn’t have toast. We were able to adjust and adapt and ended up having a great vacation. There were many options for pools & hot tubs. Although the main pool seemed very dirty. Not a reflection of the condo owner, but Crystal Tower needs to do some maintenance.

The condo was great. Communication was very prompt and helpful. Didn't realize building was across the street from beach. But walkway was helpful.

Great location; Great access to beach! Condo was clean and accommodating-even had beachfront chairs in the closet to use. Washer & dryer was a plus! Vacasa made check-in & check-out smooth!

Our check in was online. Plenty of luggage carts to get luggage and supplies to room easily. Pools were gorgeous, 2 hot tubs, our room had beach chairs and a beach cart which helped getting pool and beach supplies to and fro. Room was very clean. I hope to stay here again .
