Cheerful four bedroom house with charming view!

Positives first: The location was perfect for our needs- shopping, dining, interstate, daughter's college- all 5-10 min away or less. View of the valley was beautiful from backyard (unless you got too close to the back fence where you could see trash thrown on the back portion of property). There were plenty of utensils and dinnerware for our party of 8. Large dining table that could comfortably seat 10.The rest of the stay was awful. When we arrived there was one half roll of toilet paper, no paper towel. The sun beats down on all the windows in the afternoon since the backyard faces west, so we turned the air down and black dust blew out of the vents. Part of the ceiling is falling in the guest bedroom downstairs, there is mold growing from waterspot in the downstairs bathroom, hair on the sheets in master bedroom, front patio off master bedroom is unsafe with NO warning for young kids that could fall through the railing, we saw lots of bugs inside the house, the drain cover is broken in the hot tub (good thing my husband was in with the kids and noticed it before someone got injured by the jagged plastic), the microwave didn’t work, and the TV had large strips of shadow running through it's projection. There is not enough furniture or seating in the living room to accommodate the number of people listed.

Nice open views from backyard. Patio table and shader. Plenty of room inside house, each room is separated from the other, gas fire place, garage parking available, large kitchen and dining area, several choices of coffee. Anna always responded back quickly to my questions.Helpful Improvements: Spa instructions with reference pics to operate spa jets & heat. Additional supplies in kitchen such as paper towels and pot holders. Having bathroom shower shampoo & conditioner dispensers, only one small, one-use tube of each was provided in each bathroom. A blow dryer in each full bathroom.

The goal for the home rental was a swimming pool and close proximity to Magic Mountain. The rental was perfect for that goal. The weather was amazing and my kids had a blast in the pool with a great view. The neighborhood is very safe. The bummer is that the house smelled like cigarette smoke, the upstairs toilet did not flush, and the stove top did not turn on.

We had such a great time! Host was really nice and was great at responding! Would definitely book again!

Great stay!! Incredible communication and the host was very accommodating to help us out. I was traveling with my mother-in-law, mom, sister in laws, daughter and her 3 children for a family event. We are very appreciative, we enjoyed the pool and would definitely stay again.
