I stayed with a group of boys for their senior trip. The place was in the perfect spot for everything we were visiting. The only issue we had was the size of the garage. It ended up working but if I had know the size of it I might have changed places. I rented a Yukon to bring the boys down in (they are tall boys). It was quite the process to get it parked and once in, only one side could get out. Also I had to back in if I wanted to get stuff out of the back, but that was actually easier then pulling in forward. Otherwise everything else was great!

Owner is always great to deal with and thinks of just about everything you could need. Appreciate the quick communication, cleanliness, and ease of check in. The unit is nicely appointed, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Will definitely be back.

This was the most well-equipped Vrbo we have ever stayed in, he has all the necessities! It was nice to have treats upon arrival, and communication was easy. Good location for all the things that we were doing for our trip. We had a very memorable experience and a great 16th birthday celebration. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved the location and the amenities!! Easy to get to and convenient. The property was exceptional with a nice tray of snacks, coffee and water available!! Duane’s condo was the perfect fit for us four guys who were in town for a conference. Three bedrooms and the memory foam mattress for the fourth guest worked out great. There were nice extras like snacks, coffee pods, bottled water, and shampoo/body wash as well. Clean place and quiet neighbors.

Had a poor experience at this property. Parking was horrendous (SUV did not fit in tiny garage), apartment had 3 bedrooms and not 4 as mentioned in their description, the owner was uncooperative, and the units looked like Section 8 housing. We vacated a week early and never looked back.

The condo was nice and clean, and had comfy beds. The kids loved the complementaries that was offered at arrival. There was a small water leak in the kitchen. The owner answered quickly and since the leaking did not cause any problems for us he said it would be fixed after our departure. From the condo it was a short car trip to LA, Santa Monica and Malibu. Perfect for our family. Santa Clarita was a great place to visit.

We didn’t use the pool so just put 4 stars. My husband walked by them and they looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the big beds and 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was small but we didn’t do any cooking so perfect size for us. Nice large dining table. Sofa was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Keurig was very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I let him know the bathroom fan didn’t work. TV was great size. Host had snacks for us which my son loved. We had a great stay.

Look forward to returning in the summer! Thank you for making the booking so easy and providing clear instructions. We brought rations for the weekend but forgot our coffee, your complimentary coffee was a life saver! Thank you ! So pleasantly unexpected. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Close to Magic Mountain and several fun bowling entertainment centers. Great property.

The host was great and there were so many extra special touches I’ve never had in a vacation home. It’s clear that this place has been setup with the vacationer in mind. Coffee bar, snacks, drinks, sweet note and unique decor. The neighborhood is quiet. Quick drive to Six Flags. Great restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area again.

We didn’t use the pool so just put 4 stars. My husband walked by them and they looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the big beds and 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was small but we didn’t do any cooking so perfect size for us. Nice large dining table. Sofa was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Keurig was very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I let him know the bathroom fan didn’t work. TV was great size. Host had snacks for us which my son loved. We had a great stay.

Look forward to returning in the summer! Thank you for making the booking so easy and providing clear instructions. We brought rations for the weekend but forgot our coffee, your complimentary coffee was a life saver! Thank you ! So pleasantly unexpected. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Close to Magic Mountain and several fun bowling entertainment centers. Great property.

This was the most well-equipped Vrbo we have ever stayed in, he has all the necessities! It was nice to have treats upon arrival, and communication was easy. Good location for all the things that we were doing for our trip. We had a very memorable experience and a great 16th birthday celebration. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean, and had comfy beds. The kids loved the complementaries that was offered at arrival. There was a small water leak in the kitchen. The owner answered quickly and since the leaking did not cause any problems for us he said it would be fixed after our departure. From the condo it was a short car trip to LA, Santa Monica and Malibu. Perfect for our family. Santa Clarita was a great place to visit.

The host was great and there were so many extra special touches I’ve never had in a vacation home. It’s clear that this place has been setup with the vacationer in mind. Coffee bar, snacks, drinks, sweet note and unique decor. The neighborhood is quiet. Quick drive to Six Flags. Great restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area again.

Our stay at Duane's Santa Clarita condo was exceptional! Duane was a responsive and helpful host, making our family trip memorable. The condo was clean, spacious, and featured comfy king-size beds. I was very satisfied with the property. Exactly as described and how it looked in the pictures. My family used this for a trip to 6 flags and enjoyed the convenience of a 15 min drive. My kids loved the beds. The communication was greatly appreciated and helped out a lot. Also Duane had taken time to have some extra snacks set up wich made my kids day and I feel like small touches that made the stay that much more pleasant. Overall I would highly recommend and in the future I would book again.

Loved the location and the amenities!! Easy to get to and convenient. The property was exceptional with a nice tray of snacks, coffee and water available!! Duane’s condo was the perfect fit for us four guys who were in town for a conference. Three bedrooms and the memory foam mattress for the fourth guest worked out great. There were nice extras like snacks, coffee pods, bottled water, and shampoo/body wash as well. Clean place and quiet neighbors.

Everything was great except for the stairs. I should have addressed that upfront but didn’t. I’m 84 with a hip issue and my daughter has arthritis in her ankles so the stairs were challenging. Otherwise everything was really good. FYI we are on our way out.

We have stayed at Duane's condo many times now to visit family. Each time, we are impressed with our stay from the cleanliness of the unit to the ease of communication with Duane! We highly recommend Duane's condo if you are ever in SCV. The location is quiet and the garage is a definite plus. It is also a quick hop and a skip to LA.
