Great place to stay, everything close bye.

This property was even more lovely than the photos! The grounds meticulous, the pool wonderful, and the lanai amazing for sunrise and sunset!!The communication with the management company was fantastic! They responded almost immediately with a few questions I had, was very organized explaining the check-in procedure, and especially appreciated them accommodating our early check-in request. We were celebrating my birthday, and condo was the perfect spot and size for 5 adults. The location was close enough to Old Town, but far enough that when we returned from shopping, dinner etc, it was peaceful and quieter than Duval Street…which was absolutely what we wanted.Highly , highly recommend this property in all aspects!!

Closets and mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. Also a light fixture over the dining table. Overall was very clean and well equipped. Only downside was a large cockroach found in the hall bathroom.

The unit was clean, had wonderful waterfront views and was exactly as advertised. My only complaint, although minor, was that the master bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable, hard and noisy. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible. All else being more than satisfactory, I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future.

The view from the porch was just lovely every day. We rented bikes and had them delivered for the whole week and rode them everywhere. The suite is a great location to go anywhere on the island. The rooms were nice, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again.
