This property is way OVERPRICED! For a rental price over 4,000 for a week stay. Instructions for key code left out that you had to press another key for it to open 15 minutes of frustration just to get in. The place needs upgrading. The construction noise was very unacceptable. One little bar of soap size of a silver dollar and a 1 ounce shampoo bottle and two rolls of toilet paper is unacceptable. We called and asked for more in the management answer was sorry that’s all we provide. bathroom in master is very outdated. The huge shower Jacuzzi has dirty black foot stains on bottom. Closet door in master is off track and broken, carpet in master bedroom has threads coming out. There’s no beach access. Ceiling fan is very noisy. TV remotes (2) for each TV and no instructions made it impossible to watch TV.The blinds are cheap and the light completely shines in to the bedroom. Just salt and pepper for condiments. No wraps Ziploc bags nothing else. They have Weber barbecues but they are not gas so I don’t know how you could cook on them unless you got your own charcoal. Lamp in bedroom did not work, could be as simple as a lightbulb, but management was no help. No information about Key West.At the high-end price of rentals this condo is way overpriced. If you rent it for half that price it would be OK. The management lack of concern for correcting some very simple items was also very disappointing. There are many better and more affordable condos to rent in Key West Florida.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need. However our first morning there my son woke up to two girls standing in the condo and they ran when they saw him wake up. I have no idea how they could get in other than knowing the door code because we looked the dead bolt prior to going to bed. This was very startling and a bit alarming knowing someone was able to enter while we were there. This is a real safety concern! If it wasn’t for this I would have given a five star rating .

Great condo! Perfect size for our family get away -4 adults & 2 older teens. Very clean and modern beach decor.
