Lakeshore Villas Resort - Three Bedroom Lakefront Condo

We had a great time. The place is immaculate. We were a group of 5 adults. We all loved it. Mario is a fantastic host. We felt at home the whole time we were there. Loved it!!!

Property was very clean. Great view and lovely area. Very happy to return here in the future.

This is the third time we have stayed in Mario's condo. We have always found the unit to be clean and it is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and you can find things like salt/pepper, tinfoil, saran wrap etc. There is a large foldable cart in the closet that lets you easily bring your belongings to and from the unit - especially handy if you purchase lots of local wines and have heavy boxes. The lakeshore walkway is just outside the unit and there are a couple of small sand beaches very close by with a bench or picnic tables. you can also take the provided camp chairs to the private dock and enjoy watching the boaters and birds pass by as well as see fish jumping. One year, we had a great views from here of the northern lights. The deck is great to take in the sunset and has nice views of the lake and the neighboring hills. The pool has opened early for two of the three years we have been here - both years had warm temperatures early in May. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town for groceries, restaurants and interesting local shops. Many wineries are nearby. Check out the Nk'Mip Desert Culture Centre which is close by and Home Hardware - great for gifts , garden decor and kitchen gadgets. Mario is a great host! He is a quick text or phone call away if you have any questions.

So pleased with our unit. As a first time VRBO user, I was a bit nervous however the communication with Mario was so easy and very helpful. Definitely recommend this placr

This condo has everything you need to have a great time in Osoyoos. It’s located across the street from the lake and within a decent walk to wineries and downtown Mario was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.
