Cockroaches on walls. Was given the wrong room at first and when we got to the correct room (2 double bed suite), it sounded like someone was being assaulted a few doors down. We did not feel safe staying there with our two children. We left immediately. I dropped the key off at the front desk 20 minutes after checking in, and they would not refund. They charged full price and we did not stay there due to bugs and danger.

Got a room that was not cleaned up moved to another room. Wasn't the cleaned in my opinion carpet was older than dirt. Cigarettes burns .no remote control for the TV. I still stayed for 2 days check out on the 3day because of a family emergency. I was told no reimbursement. I was disappointed in this situation as I can't control life.l had to go-to Ohio for my sister that was sepic.& in bad shape in a hospital

Roaches in both rooms i had....TV dud mot wirk in first room.....second room had peeling paint everywhere(ceiling, walls), paint in tub was awful and made tub look dirty, toilet with mold inside it, most bath tiwels were so thin that they need thrown out or used for ckeaning rags....they do not seem to have a large enough supply of towels and wash cloths. 2 lad I es working front desk were very nice. Despite me telling front desk to let housekeeping know i sleep during the day because i work nights...housekeeping still knocked on my door around noon each day. I did get a Do Not Disturb sign three seperate times from the office, but someone kept taking them off my door. For the most part....it was quiet here.

I slept ok because I was exhausted but the room stench was terrible. The toilet has a leak in the wall, wouldn't flush, sounded terrible all night and smelled the whole room up w sewage.thno coffee pot in the room was ridiculous for the price. Only good thing was it's close to covered bridge.and took me last minute.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Building in poor shape, bath tub was so bad that we hated to even get into it. They do absolutely nothing for you, no cleaning and they make you bring dirty linens back to office and you pick up clean ones there and well the towels smell bad. They do not clean rooms at all.

The A/C was sporadic with it continuously surging up and down. The bathroom was pretty horrific: the tub constantly streamed water out of the nozzle regardless of how tightly we tried turn it; there was a live cockroach in the floor: the inside of the tub was so deeply marred and appeared to be uncleanable; there was unidentified gunk in the corners of the room; the bathroom walls had hundreds (1,000s?) of dark spots spread across all of them which very well might be black mold - probably from the constant dripping of water! The mattresses were both thin old-fashioned innerspring. It was not a comfortable stay. Thank goodness it was only one night!!

I extended my stay with the property directly. It’s clean and quiet. The family that owns. It really cares about the property and definitely is doing their best. The kitchen is very nice and the microwave is fantastic. Oh brand new full-size refrigerator, freezer kitchen sink and stove top. It’s very large so you can actually cook decent meals. The bathtub is very large for soaking and there was little to no traffic noise. Since my husband’s passing, I’m a single female traveling alone and I often don’t feel very safe, but I felt very safe here and I was not concerned about my car and it’s been one of the better places to get rest at. Air conditioner and heater worked great and I was here during a big rainstorm. Nothing leaked no problems lost power and I’m pretty sure that the generator came on. And this was like a storm of the century. The flooring is nice and I believe pets are on approval. My service dog was very happy here. He’s a legit ADA dog and they gave me no hassle about him. Oh great lighting too and no bugs. Don’t let the fact this is a suburban Studios and suite scare you off if you’ve stayed at some of the others, there’s absolutely no bugs here. Stayed 2 nights. WiFi did not work the whole time. Did complain first thing and staff said they would have maintenance reset the system. Still never worked. Older single level motel. Shows it's wear. Decent place if all you need is a bed.

First went in looked ok, fridge was very loud, no hot water, the floors had dirt all over and hair balls, they charged me 3 times and kept locking me out of my room and kept wanting more money! Won’t give a refund so had to file a report with my bank! I wasn’t the only one that rented rooms the neighbors was also complaining on the dirty floors, knats and being charged and locked out of their rooms multiple times! I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone! I’ll sleep in my truck next time before I’d ever stay there again!

The siding on the outside is rotting. The bathroom had decayed areas. Are refrigerator had been removed from the entertainment center and the space was left very crude. We booked a room with 2 beds are were given a room with 1 bed. We immediately took the key back to check- in and said we wanted a refund, we would not be staying. The clerk said to call Hotels.com. I did a chat with Hotels.com, and they indicated that no one answered the phone when they tried to contact Suburban Suites.

Booked a king suite and had a full size bed instead. Duvet was dusty, shower looked gross so I didn’t use it, a handle was missing on the knobs on the tub. Light switch for the main light didn’t work, lamp by the desk didn’t work.

This was a tremendous place to stay! Most everything in the room was new: flooring, fridge, microwave, bed, sink. Well worth the price. I had three steps to get my bag and cooler into the room. Super convenient.

I wasn’t the only one that rented rooms the neighbors was also complaining on the dirty floors, knats and being charged and locked out of their rooms multiple times! I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone! I’ll sleep in my truck next time before I’d ever stay there again!
First went in looked ok, fridge was very loud, no hot water, the floors had dirt all over and hair balls, they charged me 3 times and kept locking me out of my room and kept wanting more money! The siding on the outside is rotting. The bathroom had decayed areas. Are refrigerator had been removed from the entertainment center and the space was left very crude. We booked a room with 2 beds are were given a room with 1 bed. We immediately took the key back to check- in and said we wanted a refund, we would not be staying. The clerk said to call Hotels.com. I did a chat with Hotels.com, and they indicated that no one answered the phone when they tried to contact Suburban Suites.

Front desk person acted as if we were intruding. She removed earpiece halfway through checkin. Had no hot water 2 nights. Front desk was not helpful with that.

Cockroaches on walls. Was given the wrong room at first and when we got to the correct room (2 double bed suite), it sounded like someone was being assaulted a few doors down. We did not feel safe staying there with our two children. We left immediately. I dropped the key off at the front desk 20 minutes after checking in, and they would not refund. They charged full price and we did not stay there due to bugs and danger.

STAY AWAY!!! YOU BEEN WARN! ok first off you do not get greeted with a person, but like a robot machine??? I dont use machines but it said i could not get a refund when i asked??? I pay to be greeted by a smiling person! Boogers was wiped on the walls, there was also sewer flies 😳 coming up thru the drain pipes in the tub , so i had to cover the drain to keep that from happening, i assume the drain must be busted somewhere in the ground , WARNING, about the Hot water in the shower , it has to be set over 200 plus, it starts out warm then after several minutes later you will be red from major burn, the good part , area seems to be safe , clean bed and pretty comfie, has a tv, and fridge ,and stove , and kitchen sink , ac, and heat, restaraunts in walking distance.

I slept ok because I was exhausted but the room stench was terrible. The toilet has a leak in the wall, wouldn't flush, sounded terrible all night and smelled the whole room up w sewage.thno coffee pot in the room was ridiculous for the price. Only good thing was it's close to covered bridge.and took me last minute.

I extended my stay with the property directly. It’s clean and quiet. The family that owns. It really cares about the property and definitely is doing their best. The kitchen is very nice and the microwave is fantastic. Oh brand new full-size refrigerator, freezer kitchen sink and stove top. It’s very large so you can actually cook decent meals. The bathtub is very large for soaking and there was little to no traffic noise. Since my husband’s passing, I’m a single female traveling alone and I often don’t feel very safe, but I felt very safe here and I was not concerned about my car and it’s been one of the better places to get rest at. Air conditioner and heater worked great and I was here during a big rainstorm. Nothing leaked no problems lost power and I’m pretty sure that the generator came on. And this was like a storm of the century. The flooring is nice and I believe pets are on approval. My service dog was very happy here. He’s a legit ADA dog and they gave me no hassle about him. Oh great lighting too and no bugs. Don’t let the fact this is a suburban Studios and suite scare you off if you’ve stayed at some of the others, there’s absolutely no bugs here. I understand I was a little worried at first too because of my experiences with some others by this brand, but this one is absolutely spotless.

It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast. I turned on the lights after plugging them in, just to find bed bugs crawling across the sheets. That's not ok ill never stay here again even if its free. Yall need to call an exterminater and get this taken care, instead of acting like its no big deal

The room was dirty, sheets were nasty, we had to sleep in one bed, and beg for towels to take a shower. The bath tub, was extremely dirty, used soaps still in the shower on the day of my arrival. We were told the housekeeper clean the room for extended guest on the second day room was never clean and sheets remained dirty. The shower water was cold, my stay was horrible. Oh not to mention we was given one face towel for two people. I never experienced anything like this. The health department should close this place down it is unsanitary. I will never stay there again. This is the second bad experience l had with using hotels with Hotels.Com
