Location, views, grounds, pool, outdoor seating areas, spacious accommodation, good en-suites and storage, local support & servicing. Air conditioning in two bedrooms not working effectively- beds and mattresses would benefit from being upgraded ( the single beds) kitchen cooker need’s thermostat replacing (?) as unable to cook other than the grill and when hosting 8 people this is more important, BBQ, despite being a separate attractive build, does not have enough draw.
